You're so lucky to get free lunch and have a boyf who cooks!

 yes, I am lucky on both counts! I partly chose to do my volunteering at this place (an unemployed centre) because of the fact that they have a vegan cafe. My bf was into cooking when we got together, but he's got way more into it since then, partly 'cos I am really into it, so yes, it's good!

yes, they're REALLY tasty aren't they?! I had them for the first time a couple of months ago at my Mum's. Annoyingly, they don't sell them anywhere that we do our food shopping.. :( But now that my Mum knows we like them, she buys us extra!

Yeah they are amazing (and surprisingly low in calories), they taste far better than the other Linda M Sausages. After frying them I used the same pan to make the gravy and it made that taste wonderful as well

Yous are making me well jealous with your talk of red onion and rosemary sausages, they sound really nice but I've never seen them here! The only other Linda McC sausages I've seen besides the original ones are new non-vegan ones, I think they have mozzerella in them.

I gave in to vegan peer pressure and bought some red onion Linda Macs (even thought they were double the price of the now reduced regular kind...grumble grumble) - can't wait to try them! There was a recipe for veggie sausages in this issue of Vegetarian Living so I may have a go at red onion and rosemary homemade ones, too.

YesterdayL
Breakfast: Mango and berry smoothie
Lunch: Raw spinach salad, guacamole on half a wholemeal pitta
Snack: Two rice cakes with jam
Dinner: Cauliflower pesto soup, chickpea piccata over wild rice and rocket/arugula with salty agave roast carrots (all from ICM's Appetite for Reduction)

Lots of wine and water.
