Yesterday:

Breakfast - Mango and berry smoothie
Lunch - Leftover cauliflower pesto soup
Dinner - Wild rice, broccoli, sweetcorn and red onion Linda M sausages, covered with a garlic passata sauce.

Today:

Breakfast - Branflakes with oat milk
A banana and an apple
Lunch - Tin of Moroccan chickpea soup
Dinner - Going to have vegetable curry laksa (based on a recipe from Appetite for Reduction) tonight, yum.

breakfast: brown rice with black beans, tinned tomatoes, onion, kale, pepper, mushrooms, zuccini
snack: 3 baked potatoes cold with hummus
lunch: over night oats with cinnamon, rice milk, cherrys, banana, raisins
snack: same as above
dinner: brown rice with 2 ears of corn
snack: flat peach

Breakfast- Nothing because I slept in
Lunch- 2 pieces of Amy's brand roasted vegetable pizza, soymilk, 2 clementines, 2 squares of dark chocolate
Dinner- Portobello mushroom and tempeh fajitas, soymilk
Snack- Lemon soy yogurt with chia seeds, small bowl of pistacios and raisins

Breakfast: Baguette with marg & jam, apple, pear
Lunch: Tesco free from medium cheese pitta, salad, shreddy cake, kallo sweet chilli rice cakes
Dinner: Tomato, veg & smoked tofu stew, veg, mash, chocolate shreddy cake with reduced fat soya cream
Snacks: Apple, 2 foxes sweets, nectarine
Drinks: Water, juice, coffee, soya latte, beer, wine

Hey there! Have been reading that some of you only have like 1 or 2 squares of chocolate at a time! How on earth do you do that lol!

Anyhoo:
B: porridge with raspberries and vanilla soy milk. 2 cups of green tea.
S: Green tea, an apple and a bar of chocolate
L: "Cream" of broccoli and spinach soup (the cream was coconut cream). More green tea.
D: Mushroom pasty (homemade) with wedges and peas and corn.

Breakfast- Maple granola; smoothie made with a banana, strawberries, acai juice, chia seeds, and soymilk
Lunch- Veggie (lettuce, tomato, cucumber) and hummus sandwich on freshly made bread; soymilk
Dinner- Chili; corn muffin; soymilk
Possible snack later- a clemintine or two, or, if my sister ate all of them, an apple or orange

B: raspberry porridge with vanilla soy milk. 2 cups of green tea.
S: crackers
L: Lord of The Fries - an original burger, a potato cake and a few fries with a coke.
S: halva and a date and coconut roll
D: waiting for husband to come home with Chinese take-away. We are having "beef" with blackbean, steamed rice and spring rolls and I am hoping he buys popcorn or chips for the movie we are going to watch too :-)

Breakfast: Some sort of whole grain and flax cereal with soymilk
Lunch: Terryaki tofu and veggie wrap, organic animal cracker-type things
Snack: Large apple
Dinner: Veggie and tofu pot pie, half of a giant vegan chocolate chip cookie
Snack: medjule dates, other half of cookie, soy milk
