For the last few days I've been in a hostel in Barcelona (moving into an apartment today, finally!) but it has meant that I've been eating lots of Naked bars (more than usual anyway!) and (all-vegan restaurant) Gopal food. I had a veggie bacon burger the day before yesterday with a chocolate doughnut and yesterday I had a beef-style buger and a slice of chocolate cake. Despite all the decadence I'm looking forward to having my own kitchen to cook in!

That'll be great won't it? Are you studying there? I loved Barcelona. Lots of interesting things to see, and nice grub as well (she said, frantically trying to get back on topic).

B: Everything Bagel slathered liberally with almond butter and the infamous marmite from UK, gotta say it is a little too salty for me
L: Curry Tofu Stir Fry, broccoli, and three bean stew with baked potato strips from school cafeteria
D: The awesome school of mine again provided us vegans with:
vegan blueberry cake
falafel with pita(had this)
General Tso's Seitan stir-fry(and this)
tomato basil concasse
lentil spinach soup/garden vegetable soup
and of course other usuals such as vegan black bean burger, vegan sushi, Chinese stir-fry, pasta, and broccoli!

^^This must be what a vegan world feels like ...everything(almost) is vegan! Wish I could spread out today's food to a week's worth!

thanks for the tip blueberries! I never have the patience to spread it out thinly(it always get stuck on some holes on the bread/bagel). I'll try it with vegan cheese toast next time

The best way to eat Marmite is to put a tiny bit of it on hot, (vegan) buttered toast, letting the Marmite melt into butter. Try it in a toasted (vegan) cheese sandwich, it's divine!
