Breakfast: 47 grams of bread before swimming, Alpro plain yoghurt layered with blueberries, strawberries & shredded nakd cocoa loco bar, apple
Lunch: Salad (Lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cucumber, potatoes, bacon flavour chickpeas, teese, salad cream), Alpro pear & mango yogurt, pear
Dinner: Morrisons chunky veg & bean chilli pot, veg, Walkers chilli stars
Snacks: Another apple
Drinks: Water, coffee, tea, wine
Might have a banana before bed

I'm on nights so my food is slightly backwards,
For breakfast: chilli con carne - made with green lentils instead of soya mince
Snacks: A bag of Tyrells salt and vinegar crisps, some brazil nuts, an apple and a sainsburys vegan choclate orange bar (they are sooo lish!)
Lunch (2am): the rest of my chilli from dinner! lol
Drinks: Tea, Orangina, Coke & water

Steamed potatoes, broccoli and green beans with some baked mushrooms - it was literally a pile of green that didn't even fit on my plate until I'd eaten about 1/4 of it :p

Veggie burger with a mountain of spinach, the burger was made from lentils, mushrooms, spinach, oats, onions and a bunch of indian spices. (picture in the food pictures thread :p)

Penne pasta with tomato, garlic, basil and chili sauce.

Snacks: Watermelon and strawberry smoothie, strawberries.

Yesterday -

Breakfast: None - just sparkling water :(

Lunch: A Good Life melting vegan mushroom kiev-type-thing, a big pile of salad, olives

Dinner: BBQ - Soy burger in wholemeal bun; vegetable skewer with peppers, mushrooms, brocolli, cherry tomatoes and courgette; corn on the cob.

1 rich tea biscuit, 1 square of dark chocolate, 1 banana

Sparkling water, orange juice

An apple.
Quinoa and amaranth toast with mushrooms, hummus, salsa, pickled beetroot and raw spinach.
Half a fake-meat and potato pasty.
Lentil, mushroom and spinach burger with raw spinach, tomato slices and ketchup.
Green tea.

Today so far:

Lentil, mushroom and spinach burger with mixed green salad, salsa and potato salad.

What brand is that? I don't drink but its nice to know what brands of stuff are available to recommend to friends or for baking.

Lentil, mushroom and spinach burger with mixed green salad, salsa and potato salad.
Plate of salads: quinoa and mixed vegetable, beetroot, carrot and cranberry, hummus and potato salad.
Spicy carrot and tomato soup.
Green tea.
Fruit + homemade rice milk smoothie.

Its called Elite from VeganCross (http://mailorder.vegancross.co.uk/collections/frontpage/products/airy-chocolate-bar-vegan-aero). I got two bars, I've just finished the first and will save the second they are really good.

Its Youngs (http://www.tesco.com/groceries/Product/Details/?id=268738517), I bought 4 bottles, drank 1 (along with alot of other beer) and used on of the others in chilli.

Warburtons seeded sandwich thins with Sheese, shallots & onion.

Breakfast: An apple, two satsumas and a tomato juice with some lemon juice
Lunch: Half a baked potato with Pure and beans, some steamed brocolli, corn on the cob, leftover BBQ'd veg from yesterday
Dinner: 5 bean chilli, guacamole, a few tortilla chips

2 squares of dark choc, 2 rich tea biscuits, a date

High Juice, sparkling water, orange juice

Thanks Firestorm :D. I have been to VX before but don't see myself going back anytime soon (broke!) but I'll look out for that Youngs stout.

Breakfast: Berry whole grain cereal with almond milk, flax, and walnuts
Lunch: Veggie fajita burrito (spinach, tri color bells, onion, mushrooms), with rice and refried beans, chips and salsa
Dinner: Smoky Tempeh (Fakin Bacon), spinach, tomato, noyanaisse, and alfalfa sprouts on Ezekial toast with sweet potato mash, kale chips, and corn on the cob (I love Farmer's Market season!)

Breakfast: Smoothie made with a papaya that had seen better days, mango, banana, orange juice and ground flax seed

Lunch: A large salad drizzled with a tahini dressing (tahini, linseed oil, lemon juice, a touch of syrup, mustard, black pepper), a ramekin of 5 bean and veg chilli, dollop of guacamole, handful of tortilla chips.

Dinner: Kale, broccoli, sugar snap peas and baby corn stir fry with black bean sauce and a small portion of rice noodles.

Snacks: 1 rich tea biscuit, 1 choc bourbon biscuit, 1 small square of dark chocolate.

Drinks: Lots of water, a fruit tea.

Snacks: Worcester Sauce Flavour Twiglets, Nakd Berry Bar, Peach, Mints

Gluten-free breadsticks with garlic butter.

A mixture of apple, mango and raspberry juice.

Cookie dough ice cream (Purely Decadent makes the best--the non-vegans at the party said it was better than milk based!)
