*looks around* where did everyone else go? ^_^

I appreciate your postings! I think I am going to jump in! I have barely been cooking, so maybe if I know I am going to post, I will be more inspired to do so!

-Oatmeal with soy milk and maple syrup
-Apple juice

-Mixed bean and rice bowl (from school)
-Chocolate soy pudding

-Two pieces of french toast with maple syrup (I am running out of food and need to go grocery shopping)

-Tropical fruit tart Larabar
-1 chocolate peanut butter cup

Thanks for keeping me company everyone! Everyone's food sounds great & I especially envy CS's stash of crisps!

This thread is inspiring me to have a more exciting/healthy diet

Haha, you're not getting that inspiration from me! I eat alot of bread and sugar!


Chocolate shell cereal w/soya milk
Vanilla soya yoghurt w/ raspberries
Peanut butter & jam sandwich
Dates & digestive biscuits
A lemon-flavoured Chupa Chup lollipop
Leftover cream of fridge vegetable soup (shallots, mushrooms, spinach, carrot) w/bread
A chocolate biscuit

Coffee w/soya milk, water, green tea

Wow that's pretty extreme, hopefully you're getting paid good overtime or are at least going to get some time off!

I'm getting extra pay but it turns out I have one day off in between (**Yay**)

Breakfast: Blueberry porridge, apple, pear
Lunch: Mediterranean couscous with tomato pasta sauce, salad, houmous, cheese & silken tofu & nooch, custard & jam, maple bacon pretzels
Dinner: Seitan, roasted new potatoes, veg, gravy. Crisps & houmous, another apple
Drinks: Coffee, tea, beer, hot chocolate

Stew with lentils, cauliflower, yellow beans(last ones from the garden), garlic, curry powder, and carrots along with a side of brown rice and wehani rice mixed.

L: Soya cheese & ketchup tortilla with maple bacon pretzels. Custard & jam
D: Toad in the hole, gravy & veg. Plain soy yoghurt.

Yesterday not noteworthy. Tonight: (flourish) Garbanzos with brussel sprouts and summer squash, plenty of garlic, last of the garden beans, basil, rosemary, and for grain short br rice with about 1/3 wild rice. Heaven can wait.

snack = mango
dinner = tunisian sweet potato stew with arborio risotto rice
water to drink through out day

Breakfast: Waffles with Earth Balance and maple syrup
Sample at the grocery store: One piece of herbed popcorn
Lunch: little vegan veggie "egg"rolls, banana
Snack: 2 rasberry fig newton-type-of-things
Dinner: teriyaki tofu, mashed potatoes, green beans, soymilk
Later: maybe some chocolate or some fruit

Lunch: Garlic & Coriander pitta, seitan, salad, apple, pear, Lucy's chocolate chip cookies
Dinner: Seitan, salad, mayo, potato, coconut chocolate ice cream.
Snacks: Chocolate orange shreddies
Drinks: Water, coffee, pepsi, beer. Maybe some hot chocolate later

Snack: Apple
Lunch: Toasted sandwich with vegan pepperoni, saurkraut, cucumber, gherkin, grated carrot and vegan mayo
Snack: 2 x clementines and a chocolate rice cake with peanut butter
Dinner: Bubble and squeak with salad, pitta bread and houmous.

Drinks: Water, coffee, vanilla chai tea.
