Let's see..

Mini breakfast: 2 scoops pea protein powder
Main breakfast: medium sized bowl of rolled oats with soy milk, with 2 bananas [chopped] taken with two B12 tablets
Snack: bowl of cherries, apricots and bananas
Lunch: Large bow of stew [butternut squash, celery, onions, potatos, lentils with garlic powder, mixed spices and black pepper for flavour
Sweet fix: More oatmeal [small bowl] with chopped cherries mixed with cinnamon powder
Snack: 1 scoop of pea protein powder
Snack: 3 bananas, more cherries
Dinner: New potatoes with 2 handfuls of frozen broccoli, 2 handfuls of peas and 5 veggie fingers.
Snack: More fruit!
Snack: 1 scoop of pea protein powder

Then I'll head to sleep. That's roughly what I've had today. I usually have 2-4 litres of water a day too. On workout days I have slightly more protein powder and also add in waxy. I live right by a morrisons and if you go at the right times, you can buy fruit for really cheap [like, 10 bananas for 15p kind of cheap], just have to make sure you eat it within 3 days or it'll all be badly bruised.

Alpro Vanilla soya desserts (x4!)

I love those vanilla Alpro desserts! :)
They're great with heated apple crumble or just with a spoonful of chocolate spread/peanut butter/specloos stirred in!

Wow Blueberries, that Japanese meal sounds awesome. Where'd you get the recipe for the gyoza (or did you just wing it)?

Today I ate pretty healthy, I thought (apart maybe from breakfast...)

Today:
First thing: 1 pint of water (I'm trying to get into the habit of drinking a big glass of water immediately I wake up).
Breakfast: 1/2 can of baked beans, two Linda McCartney sausages and a sesame bagel with Pure sunflower spread.
Morning snack: 4 dates and an orange
Lunch: Red lentil soup (I tried to make a chilli sin carne-style lentil soup using garlic, chillis, cumin, coriander, thyme and tomato puree. What I probably should have used instead was some blended tinned tomatoes and maybe less water instead).
Afternoon snack: One of those yo-yo fruit spiral things.
Dinner: Chickpea cutlets (from the Veganomicon), Mexican rice (basically the mexican millet recipe from Veganomicon but with brown rice instead of millet), steamed samphire with vinegar, few tablespoons reheated marinara sauce (the sauce, rice and cutlets were all reheated from stuff I cooked at the weekend)
After dinner: Dark chocolate with ginger; about 1/3 of a pineapple
Drinks: water, orange juice, coffee substitute w/ rice milk, 1 decaff Americano w/ soy milk. I also generally have a cup of rooibos or lemon and ginger tea before bed.

Maybe I should also note that I had a H&B vegan multivitamin pill (not sure if they're worth taking normally but I have a bit of a cold at the moment), if only in anticipation of a future when we obtain all of our nutrients that way...

Hi Wraithling, glad you like the sounds of my Japanese food! I was inspired to make gyoza by 'Vegan Eats World', but ended up using what was on hand for the filling. I am very lucky to live close to a Japanese food shop where I could get frozen edamame and gyoza wrappers :)

What I ate today:

Porridge w/almond milk & strawberry jam
Baked tofu & houmous sandwich
Leftover gyoza filling w/cous-cous & soya sauce
Spoonfull of fondue chocolate
Salad w/greens, carrot, salsa & houmous
Red lentil soup w/bread
A few chocolate biscuits

Coffee, vanilla white tea, mint tea, water

toasted mountain bread, blueberries, cherries, almonds, steamed long grain brown rice with vegetables, tofu and salad.
Have to confess while at a friends place, ate some chips they had in a bowl but then glanced at the packet realised they contained milk and cheese flavour powder added. talked to my friend about this (me almost having a breakdown) and they said it wouldn't be too bad I only had a few, and then she said that the chip packet had the word "natural" on it, but that makes no difference!...
