Breakfast: Cinnamon & Raisin Bagel spread with Vitalite
Lunch: Toasted sandwich with sliced orange pepper, sauerkraut, gherkin and mayonnaise, with a bag of roasted chickpeas
Snack: Half a cocoa brownie Trek bar spread with Dark Chocolate Dreams peanut butter, and quite a few lemon sherbets!
Dinner: Chickpea & coriander burgers with roasted potatoes and sprouts with salad.

Drinks: Coffee, water, pint of beer

Lunch: Cream of mushroom soup (Cookin Crunk) & Toast, Christmas pudding chocolate custard, apple, pear
Dinner: Creamy tofu chicken pasta bake (Cookin Crunk), veg, Food Heaven cheeseless cake, Polish Serenade chocolate bar
Snacks: Nuts & Fruit
Drinks: Coffee, Cherry Pepsi, Beer, Kahlua, Cognac, Almond chocolate milk

Here's yesterday's food:

Brunch: Scrambled tofu w/ red pepper and mushrooms on toast
Snacks: Peanut Trek bar, banana, dates, Fry's mint fondant bar, blueberry Yo-yo
Dinner: Seitan with mushrooms and kale, Greek beans, spicy rice; lettuce, green pepper and orange salad.

Water, coffee substitute, soya latte

Lunch: Seitan Chicken (Cookin Crunk) & relish wrap, pear, vegan creme caramel, vegan cheese & onion crisps
Dinner: Cheesey Bacon Grits (Cookin crunk), veg, chocolate, biscuit
Drinks: Water, coffee, coke

I've eaten about 6 tablespoons of peanut butter with six corn thins. and some mountain bread. and some salad.

Two bananas, two clementines for breakfast..

now polishing off the entire contents of a flask of homemade soup I put together last night. Amazing how the meals you cook without planning and using the 'I might as well bug that it as well' principal always turn out the nicest isnt it?

Loads of root veg, limp long stem brocolli past its best, few stalks of asparagus left over in the bottom of the fridge and a handful of frozen peas, spinach , rosemary, sage, veggie boullion and lots of black pepper.. I wasnt very hopeful but it is surprisingly gorgeous..

so filling I dont even need the Ciabatta roll I brought with me!

Leftover potato gratin
3 digestive biscuits
Another potato gratin w/Fry's polony
A chocolate biscuit & a couple of squares of dark choc w/cacao nibs
Half of a freshly baked bagel w/sunflower spread

Coffee, vanilla tea, multi-vit juice, Irish tea

Breakfast: Raw protein powder, coconut water, greens powder, fresh kale, and chia seeds smoothie

Lunch: Veggie wrap with hummus

Dinner: Salad with superfood dressing and a slice of sprouted bread.

Snack Fresh strawberries, and blueberries.

Drinks - Coffee, tea, water, chocolate stout X 2, cognac X 2. Latte

Breakfast: Wholemeal toast with peanut butter and marmite
Morning snack: Dates and mixed nuts
Afternoon: Ginger biscuits
Lunch: Lentil soup with wholemeal roll
Dinner: Wholemeal pasta with tomato, chilli, red pepper and chickpea sauce
Post-aikido snack: Apple, Fry's mint fondant bar

Water, coffee substitute, decaff soya Americano, alcohol-free lager (yeah, seriously), lemon and ginger tea
