Redwood's marjoram & sage sausage sandwich w/ chilli sauce
Falafel salad; soy yoghurt with mixed nuts, dried berries and agave syrup
Dates; an orange; Trek chocolate brownie
Penne arabiatta w/ pine nuts
Water, coffee substitute, orange juice, lager

No tree nuts? : ( That's awful!
On the plus side I can eat cashews and pistachios and seeds like Sunflower and pumpkin (no Pine Nuts).

breakfast: oat bran w/ raisins & flax. Soymilk
snack: strawberries and pistachios
lunch: long grain and wild rice with broccoli and carrots
supper: mixed green salad with pimentos, artichoke hearts & pasta house co. style dressing (no Parmesan of course), baked potato and Morning star mushroom lover's burger (without a bun)
snack: tortilla chips
water and tea

Is that a soya burger with mushroom in it or a veggie or bean burger? Either way it sounds delicious! :)

Today was lazy as I'm not well.
Pittas with leftover tomato soup that had thickened so was more like a sauce, handful of almonds-hebal tea.
Lunch/dinner at 3pm-two wraps, one with leftover bean chilli, spinach and seasoning, one with salad and the sauce/soup lol. Hot chocolate made with soy milk.
Snack-wrap made with leftover bean chili (again!) and spinach and hummus. Almonds, herbal tea and a strong vodka to help me sleep off this damn ailment!

Oh I missed your question! Oops, sorry. It is soya with mushrooms and veggies in it. And it is quite yummy.

Thank you b-c-s, it was really good! I just mixed together a marinade of soya sauce, veg stock, sriracha, ginger and oregano, poured it over slices of plain tofu and baked in the oven until crispy. It was quite ad-hoc but turned out quite nicely :)

Breakfast:
32oz green smoothie (1c pineapple, 1 huge carrot, handful of purple kale, 1 organic heirloom 2 Sweet orange, handful of red grapes, 1 frozen banana, some water)
1 homemade coconut almond Medjool date roll (YUM!)
Lunch:
8oz of pineapple carrot apple orange juice leftover from a juice I made for my son
slice of vegan whole wheat bread with Earth Balance spread (soy-free) and some locally made blackberry jam.
For dinner we're having baked sweet potato with veggie stir-fry.

1/2c oatmeal with 1tsp of Sugar in the Raw, Saigon cinnamon and some freshly grated nutmeg
40oz green smoothie (pineapple, banana, orange, strawberry, baby kale)
Slice of whole wheat vegan bread with some soy-free Earth Balance spread
Handful of grape tomatoes
Munched on some more pineapple as I cut some up to put in the fridge
Black bean burger with whole wheat vegan bun topped with sliced avocado, Bibb lettuce and sliced Roma tomatoes with some sweet potato tots

I had a big green smoothie, but was bummed when one of the apples I used had a really bitter skin on it, so it made the whole thing bitter. I forced myself to drink it.
For lunch I had some tomato slices with spicy mustard on vegan whole wheat bread.
A small packet of St. Claire's lemon tart candies. I had a real sweet tooth today.
Dinner was chili with avocado, corn chips and nooch.
I had a pineapple snack a few hours after dinner.
