Porridge with raisins and blueberries

Tomato and cucumber sandwich (homemade seedy wholemeal bread) with a mountain of spinach.

Steamed potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower and mushrooms chucked in a bowl and covered with a tomato, onion and red pepper sauce. (with a billion spices of course :p)

Snacks: Strawberries, cherries, watermelon and strawberry smoothie.

Wrap w/houmous, silken tofu scramble & baked beans

4 chocolate chip cookies

Lentil-carrot-quinoa soup w/ground linseeds, 4 dark Ryvita

3 orange chocolate creams & 6 marshmallows

Lemon green tea, wild berry tea, black tea w/soya milk

Lunch: Chocolate stout chilli wrap, caramel dessert, pear
Dinner: Lentil & smoked tofu stew
Snacks: Apple, nectarine, Worcester sauce Twiglets, Ruffle Raspberry Bar, Rich tea biscuit
Drinks: Vanilla soya latte, coffee, Dr. Pepper, wine

I have something resembling a cold/flu so I've been having a weird food day:

White chocolate & raspberry porridge w/coconut milk & ground flax/linseeds
Lemon green tea
Naan bread w/houmous
Blueberry smoothie
Naan bread w/tofu scramble & baked beans
Alpro vanilla pot w/chocolate spread
Black tea w/soya milk
4 orange chocolate creams

Lots of cough sweets!

I'm not gonna lie: today was a junk day. I was sitting on the bed watching lectures allllll day.

Cereal with almond milk
Noodle bowl with garlic scallion sauce
1/2 blueberry bagel with tofutti cream cheese
corn chips

Jerk tempeh with sweet potato mash, sweet corn, green beans, and squash

Chunky mushroom sandwich. (homemade seedy whole wheat bread)

Steamed potatoes, sweet potatoes and broccoli covered in a spicy tomato, garlic and onion sauce.

Quinoa served with steamed broccoli covered in a spicy tomato, garlic and onion sauce. (yes, again!)

Whole wheat penne pasta covered in a spicy tomato, garlic and onion sauce. (yes, again! :D)

4 pieces rye toast with Melrose Omega spread and Vegemite
Coffee with soy milk
2 peppermint teas
Ryvitas with Toffuti "cream cheese" spread, tomatoes and Herbamare seasoning
Oven baked chips with tomato sauce
Hot chocolate with soy milk
A bit later I'll have some leftover Chana Masala with fresh coriander and brown rice I made last night

Berry cereal with vanilla soy milk and an apple
soy nuts and popcorn
whole grain rotini with veggie medley marinara
Veggie fajitas with refried beans and rice and guacamole salad
chips and salsa
Cookie dough ice cream (I am pretty sure it is soy ice cream, but sometimes I eat coconut ice cream as well, so there you are)

Breakfast: Homemade juice - chucked in an apple, half a massive papaya, a clementine, some carrots and some ginger. Then had some muesli (don't normally like it, but LIDL does an amazing mix(!)) and almond milk.

Lunch: Two pumpkin seed ryvitas topped with low fat hummous, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion and pitted olive slices
A pear
A chocolate bourbon biscuit

Dinner: Mixed vegetable and cashew singapore rice noodle bowl, at my local noodle bar. Tiger beer.
An ice lolly - we went bowling and the air con was broken!

Lots of water

Cinnamon wheat cereal with flax, walnuts, and almond milk.
Tempeh, alfalfa sprouts, and nayonaisse on Ezekial toast
Chocolate hazelnut milk
Creamy casserole with 6 kinds of squash and eggplant covered in panko breadcrumbs. I haven't named it. Maybe "Super Squash Casserole"?

There will probably be more cookie dough soy ice cream later.

I actually have no idea what kid of squash most of them were! There was a large one that was eggplant shaped and pale green, a long ridgy dark green one, summer squash, another large roundish dark green one, zucchini squash, a pale green one and a yellow one shaped like a flying saucer. They all taste very good though! Once I chopped them all up, they filled up a very large pot.

i'm actually quite proud today (brand new vegan, but i actually was able to get a few supplies to finally eat right!) breakfast: a smoothie with a mixture of: banana, pineapple, golden delicious apple, cherries, apple juice, and soy milk lunch: a stir fry with a mixture of: sweet peppers, black seasoned beans, squash, spinach, carrots, celery, sweet onions, tofu, pineapple, rice, and soy sauce

Congrats on your evolution to a compassionate lifestyle, and welcome! This place has been a wonderful tool for me (vegan for a little over 2 months). I also find Pinterest to be a great recipe tool.
