Breakfast: Alara chocolate porridge with zazelnut milk, apple, pear
Lunch: "Chicken" salad sandwich, Alpro vanilla pudding, fruit pebbles
Dinner: Rajam Masala, mushroom rice and veg. Alpen strawberry bar, plum, pear
Drinks: Water, coffee, beer, hazelnut milk

Chocolate biscuits
Fridge salad- couscous, sriracha tempeh, gherkins, sundried tomatoes, salad greens
Mixed nuts & wholegrain crackers
Olive houmous & breadsticks

Coffee, vanilla white tea, Irish tea, orange juice, water

Apricot cereal with soya milk, and a cup of tea
Baked potato with spicy ratatouille with beans and home-made seitan, orange juice, an apple
Left over ratatouille, lots more tea,
Strawberries with home-made vegan meringue
Chocolate biccies!

Very cool! I've never tried to make vegan meringue although I knw that there are a few recipes out there. How did you make it and how did it turn out?

Salad w/wholegrain couscous, green olives, sundried tomatoes, houmous, spicy tempeh
More crackers
Forest fruit soya yoghurt w/muesli
Red lentil soup w/bread
2 squares of dark choc w/almonds

Pizza w/cheddar cheezly, mushrooms & avocado
Few double cream Oreos

Dates and oats soaked and cooked in water with almond milk, sunflower seeds and pepitas added when served :)

thanks for the welcome!!! it was just after breakfast, so that was all i had eaten so far.. :rolleyes:
Later on i went to my local organic shop and got some yummy goodies: CoYo coconut yoghurt, vegan schnitzels, mint chocolate, carrot - ginger - apple juice.. mmmm. needless to say i was having a snack day :undecided: but it was all delicious!

Yes!! the texture isnt the same as soy, but the flavour is awesome :)

sandwich (whole wheat bread, some fake cheddar cheese slice that is barely tolerable, deli fake turkey that is actually tasty, veganaise)
brown and wild rice with black beans, corn, red peppers and onions
Twilight Delight intense dark chocolate (too much!)

I had such a hard time finding whole wheat bread that didn't have high fructose corn syrup and honey in it. There's probably some organic breads out there but I really don't want to pay $5 for a loaf of bread. :dizzy:

Nice! :) Do you carry Vegusto meat around with you when you known that you mighy have to go to Subway? You are very organised!

No:-). I bought a Sub on the way home from shopping, then added Vegusto, mayo & relish.
