Breakfast: 1/2 c. red grapes, 1/2 c. of banana-nut bread :)
Snack: And orange, ~1/2c.
Lunch: Half piece of pita stuffed w/ garlic hummus and cucumber sprinkled w/ chipotle powder
Snack: Chia/Qunioa/Maca 'tortilla' chips w/ hummus, apple
Dinner: Soup (kale, tomato, noodles, and onion) w/ an apple

Peanut butter & blueberry jam sandwich
Quinoa, red lentils & spinach w/pita bread
The same quinoa, red lentils & spinach made into a soup w/houmous & pita bread

Dinner: Spaghetti Hoop Bolognese. Apple. Pineapple & custard. Veg

Breakfast: toast with Speculoos spread & banana, hot chocolate, Eli's Earth Treasure bar
Lunch: Subway with Chinese 5 spice seitan, vegusto & pickle mayo, Brownie with ice cream, crisps & houmous
Dinner: Beancurd with blackbean sauce & chips, chocolate cake with soya cream.
Drinks: Soya Latte. 1 litre cappuccino soya milk, beer, whiskey.
Snacks: Crisps, chocolate covered nuts

Breakfast: Cap'n Crunch Peanut Butter Cereal & M&S Soya Milk
Lunch: Sandwich (Chinese 5 Spice Seitan & Soya Cheese & Pickle), Plain Soy Yoghurt
Dinner: Mamma Cucina Quiche topped with Tomato & Tesco Soya Cheese, Potatoes, Veg.
Snacks: Sweet & Salt Pop Corn, Apple, Pear.
Drinks: Water, Tea, Coffee, Soya Milk, Pepsi Max, 7UP Free

I weny to a Vietnamese restaurant for dinner and had a red coconut curry with smoked tofu and some banana coconut milk tapioca for dessert. When my curry came out I didn't realise that I had not specified tofu on its own so I got tofu and pork!! Yuck!! Luckily I explained and they were very nice about it and gave me a tofu-only one.

Mid-morning (9am) snack: 100 grams Doritios
Lunch: Blueberry Bagel with Tofutti Cream Cheese, banana, Mango soygurt, apple, nectatrine
Afternoon snack: Grapes, salt n vinegar crisps, nuts, nectarine
Dinner: West African Peanut Stew, veg, potatoes, crisps
Drinks: Water, coffee (litres of the stuff), Pepsi Max, whisky
