A bunch of banana chips, a carrot and a banana and mixed berry smoothy and I just stared eating some almonds and sunflower seeds. I'm having a can of vegetable soup for lunch.

Chilli pistachios
Whole wheat penne with roasted vegetable and tomato sauce, ground mixed seeds and grated Vegusto cheese
Vegan sausages with beans and mash :o
Toast with green pesto

Tea with oat milk, water, orange squash

I like the Wonderful (http://wonderfulpistachios.co.uk/products/) brand of sweet chilli ones, which are often available in Sainsbury's and Waitrose in the UK, so I imagine they can be found more widely than that too. Morrison's do an own brand version which are much more savoury but still pretty nice. I had a quick look on the Spanish version of their site and but could only see the plain salted version listed.

Lunch: Roasted vegetable and harissa couscous with ajvar.

Dinner: Leek and potato bake with rocket and tomato salad

Snacks: Peppadew peppers stuffed with houmous; toast with green pesto; sweet chilli pistachios, chilli heatwave Doritos

Drinks: Tea with oat milk; orange squash; water

Breakfast: Kale, cucumber, grape and apple smoothie! followed by a banana and an organic peanut butter and linseed toast :D yum

Lunch: Hummus and crackers and still deciding what to eat next!

That sounds interesting. I've not had such a smoothie before.

Me:

Lunch: Carrot and coriander soup with bread.

Dinner: Veg stir fry with spicy Mexican rice.

Snacks: Smoked almonds; teacake with marmalade; dark chocolate tiffin square thingy; Vegusto cheese

Drinks: Apple and mango juice; orange squash; tea with oat milk; water

Tofu scramble with kale and mushrooms,
handmade ramen noodles in shiitake miso broth and veggie tofu

and now sipping on some banana mylk :-)

For dinner, it'll be Red thai eggplant curry on rice and probably some banana nice cream for dessert

But for today:
Breakfast: Quinoa, shiitake, and seitan with corn, peas and carrot niblets
Lunch: Brussel sprouts with rice and marinated tofu
Snack: Vega One French Vanilla smoothie with bananas and almond milk (seriously tastes like drinking a french vanilla ice cream milkshake)
Dinner: Green Salad topped with vegan citrus chick'n

B: Homemade hash brown, steamed mushrooms and baked beans
L: Salad and wholemeal pitta bread
D: "cheese" sauce over a jacket potato and served with side salad
Snack: 2 x Graze boxes and a clementine
Lots of sparking mineral water and few cups of decaf tea with soya milk
Rounded off with 2 x freedom lagers and a pernod with whole earth lemonade (well it is friday :-))

Breakfast: Steel cut oatmeal with soy milk and maple syrup; smoothie made with mixed berries, a banana, spinach leaves, agave, flax meal, and soy milk

Lunch: vegan "frittata;" salad with vegan ranch dressing; trail mix made of peanuts, raisins, and chocolate chips; banana

Snack: small lemon poppyseed muffin

Dinner: vegan "frittata;" soymilk; sugar snap peas; baked potato with Earth Balance and italian dressing

I may munch on an orange or something in a little while.

Breakfast: Crumpets with jam

Lunch: Tortilla wraps with courgette, mixed peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, lettuce, houmous and sweet chilli sauce

Dinner: Tomato, green lentil and sliced boiled & fried new potato salad

Supper: Porridge

Snacks: Smoked almonds, Cox apple

Drinks: Tea with Oatly, orange squash, water, rum and lemonade :P

Yesterday:

Breakfast - homemade bread toasted with peanut butter and morello cherry jam
Snacks - cornflake cakes, chocolate chips, peanuts
Lunch - cauliflower and black badger pea stew with roasted sweet potato and lots of garlic!
Tea - Mornflake chocolatey squares cereal
Dinner - burmese tofu stir-fry with mushrooms, cauliflower and leftover red cabbage coleslaw, served over pot barley. First time I've had barley as a grain, really nice stuff, will use more often in future.

Coffee and water to drink.

Lunch: Homemade split pea and routabaga soup with homemade bread; mango; berries; peanuts

Snack: Mango; homemade whole wheat banana muffin

Dinner: Baby carrots; small tomatoes; corn and edamame with Earth Balance; soy milk

Breakfast: millet with mixed berries and cinnamon, coffee
snack: soy milk and dates
lunch: chickpea, red potato, spinach, and hot spices all mixed in a casserole
dinner: homemade bread stuffing with apple, cranberry, sesame seed, tempeh, celery, onion and old homemade bread mixed in it and spices like thyme, sage, rosemary. Added some homemade brown gravy over it, and had asparagus on the side. Glass of almond milk
