Breakfast - Besan Chilla with peas and green pepper (chickpea flour 'omelette') and fried sweet potato slices

Lunch: Fruit and flax seed shake, 2 pumpkin seed and oat ryvitas with low fat hummous and an orange.

Dinner: Leftover rice noodles with Singapore style stir fry: peas, sugar snap peas, cashews, pepper, shitake mushrooms, babycorn, water chesnuts. Garlic roasted mushrooms with chilli flakes, Linda McCartney sausage.


Red wine.

I'd echo Epic Librarians pinterest recommendation. I've been following Alicia Silverstone, the lady who writes Oh She Glows and a couple of others with vegan food boards and it's given me so many ideas!!

I started out on pinterest with just a vegan board, but it has since evolved into various boards, including one for meals, one for snacks, one for desserts, etc. Sometimes I get easily flustered because I cannot think of what to cook/eat, so now I just go to Pinterest and look over my boards, and it is so easy to find something good!

EpicLibrarian I can't figure out how to PM you, and I'm not sure if I'm allowed to ask(?) but would you mind messaging me your pinterest username? Would love to see all of your different vegan boards!

Breakfast: Smoothie with flaxseed, peaches, mango and strawberries.

Lunch: Guacamole in a seeded wrap, some slices of cantaloupe melon, slices of an orange, handful of cashews and almonds.

Banana and some water on our bike ride.


Dinner: I'm making Fat Free Vegan Kitchen's beetballs with wholewheat spaghetti and salad.

And hopefully having a glass of wine seeing as I'll probably open a bottle for the spaghetti sauce ;)

Have managed to stay away from the biscuits today. My wife is so slim and muscular and I don't want to look like a slob on comparison when we go away next month.

Apple, cashews, and blackberries
Squash casserole, chips and salsa
Wholegrain rotini with veggie marinara
1/2 blueberry bagel with tofutti cream cheese
Spicy chikn patty with bourbon bbq sauce and sweet potato mash

Hey! I'm new to the forums here. I also just recently started being vegan (again - I used to be vegan a few years ago).

Today I ate:
Oatmeal with blueberries
A banana
Taco salad
Stir fry with seitan (my first ever attempt at cooking seitan!)
White rice

I'll probably have a late night snack too. Most likely another banana.

Breakfast: Banana and peanut butter smoothie.

Lunch: Bean and nut wellington, roast potatoes, kale, peas and gravy.

Dinner: Hummus, spinach and red pepper sandwich. Crisps and olives.

Snacks: Pistachios and 'brownie' (dates, ground almonds, coconut, cocoa).

Porridge with a smoothie (10 different sorts of berries!)

Steamed potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower and kale covered in a spicy tomato sauce

Blob of seitan with salad - this was my first time ever making seitan and it was quite bland, I do feel like a badass for making it from flour though!

Bran flakes w/ground linseeds & soya milk, coffee w/soya milk

Leftover cheesy pasta bake, roasted veg, fried Clearspring sea cake tofu, sun-dried tomatoes, chopped cucumber w/houmous & brown sauce

Black tea w/soya milk & 3 digestive biscuits

2 small baked potatoes w/baked beans & smoky cheddar scheese

Plain yoghurt w/frozen banana & blueberries, light Sweet Freedom syrup

3 dark Ryvita w/scheese

I'm still undecided about the smoky scheese, its definitely edible but its unusual flavour is confusing me! I read the scheese thread and saw that alot of people say the smoky one is their favourite scheese, I might have to try the plainer ones to see what I think!

Long day at work, so hadn't had time to eat proper meals

- Coffee with soy milk
- 3 pieces rye toast with omega spread
- 2 bananas
- Berocca drink
- Home made rhubarb and apple crumble - 2 serves, 1 with soy ice cream
- Vegetable gyoza

I need to eat more vegetables!!

Back to food then:
Breakfast: Carrots and mustard & black coffee (was in a bit of a rush for the train)
Lunch: Amy's black bean enchilada. 2 Apples. 2 Pears. Pouring yoghurt with raspberries & 2 nectarines
Dinner: Bowl (Noochy kale, fried mushrooms , chickpeas, tofu bacon, lentils, veg). Plain soya yoghurt & black cherry jam
Drinks: Water, coffee, wine, beer, pepsi, coke, hazelnut latte

Breakfast: Dorset Cereals Tasty Flakes with fresh strawberries and blueberries, and peanut butter
Lunch: Salad, with pitta bread and houmous, and an apple
Snack: Trek bar
Dinner: Baked sweet potato and salad, and some chocolate covered cinder toffee
