Bran flakes w/ground linseeds & soya milk
Coffee w/soya milk
BLT- Redwoods rashers on a roll with salad greens, chopped tomato & Tofutti cream cheese
Handful of corn tortilla chips
Black tea w/soya milk, 3 digestive biscuits
Beans and (brown & red) rice w/carrot, broccoli, mushrooms, onion, houmous, salsa
Cheesy pasta bake
Alpro plain yoghurt w/muesli, cashew butter & Sweet Freedom

L: Hazelnut and apricot bread, chocolate orange buttons.
D: Linda McCartney Sausages, rosti, baked beans and some bread and spread.
Snacks: nakd bar, date brownie and alpro cream.

Lunch: Sandwich (Vegan Nutella with Black Cherry Jam), Apple, Pear, Plain Soy Yoghurt
Dinner: Facon & Lentil pot o'stew, Noochy Kale and Mushrooms
Snacks: Carrots, 2 Peaches, 1 Nectarine, Swedish Fish
Drinks: Water, Coffee, Sugar Free Fanta, Jeremiah Weed Beer, Toffee Apple Cider, Hazelnut Latte

4 pieces of rye toast with Nuttelex and Vegemite
Lemon & ginger herbal tea
Baked beans in tomato sauce
Stewed rhubarb and apple
Sweet potato and carrot soup
1 vegan yo-yo biscuit
Large fresh juice from the juice bar: apple, carrot, celery, beetroot and ginger
Water
Veganised mac & cheese ('cheese' sauce I made of pureed carrot and yellow capsicum, soy milk, flour, tahini, tamari, dijon mustard and Savoury Yeast flakes)
Vanilla bean cupcakes with chocolate ganache (I made tonight from PPK)
Spirulina, chlorella, wheat grass and barley grass drink with a multivitamin and a Vit D tablet

A nice cup of normal tea with soya milk, a banana and a piece of (Hovis Oat bread) toast with engevita and sprouts YUM :lol:

Lunch: Facon & lentil pot o'stew, plain soya yoghurt with strawberries, pear, apple
Dinner: Homemade soy chikin with veg in blackbean sauce, rice, kale, sprouts, cornbread & jam, raw chocolate, mint carob
Snacks: Carrots
Drinks: Water, diet lemon fanta, coffee, alcohol free beer, vodka, hazelnut latte
Maybe some toast later

Breakfast: Two slices of bread with a whole can of beans

Lunch: 4 ryvitas with hummous and olives

Dinner: A veggie bowl - brown rice, pak choi and black eyed peas seasoned with jamaican jerk.

A pear

Really stodgy day - feeling a bit 'bleh' so comfort eating :(

Had to make up for my morning of hardly eating from distraction. :rolleyes:

Breakfast: pancakes from scratch with berry sauce and maple syrup + green tea+ a slice of cheeseless cheesecake left over from by hubby's birthday yesterday :satisfied:

Lunch: Spinach mushroom lemon risotto leftovers!

Dinner: Cabbage mix salad, gardein bbq wings with homemade ranch dip, broiled blackened spiced tofu, mashed sweet potatoes, side of spinach sauteed with garlic and spices!

Breakfast: Muesli with almond milk

Lunch: 1 sunflower seed ryvita with low fat hummous. An apple, a pear, an orange.

Dinner: Two beetroot sausages (still had 2 beetroots left in my fridge and more veg is arriving tomorrow), a big salad and some grilled polenta. I think I'll make a drizzly basil dressing for the polenta and salad.

A big tomato sprinkled with salt

Rocket ice lolly :o

Fruit tea, water.

Lunch: Pasta and stuff (not entirely sure what - on a course all day, catered internally by staff who know about my veganism)
Dinner: Pitta (Smoked tofu with almonds & sesame seeds, mayo, mustard) salad with bacon flavoured chickpeas, Ritz crackers)
Snacks: Apple, melon , nectarine
Drinks: Water, coffee, pepsi, vodka

Yesterday

Breakfast:Muesli with almond milk, water.
Lunch: Half a baked potato with baked beans and some broccoli (ordered it in canteen and got a massive baked potato I couldn't possibly finish and two measly broccoli florets...grrr)

Water

Dinner: Brown rice, black eyed peas, pak choi raw spinach.

Orange juice

My own juice: lettuce, cucumber, carrot and apple.

An apricot and a pear.

Salted popcorn.
