Breakfast: Mango, strawberry and orange smoothie with ground flax seed.

Lunch: Asparagus, green beans, garlic cloves, capers, kalamata olives and cherry tomatoes roasted with a little balsamic and olive oil - heavenly easy 'oven salad'

An apple

An orange

A rocket lolly

Hummus on ryvita with olives

Dinner: The lovely wife is cooking some sort of mushroom and aubergine 'creamy' sauce, wholewheat pasta and spinach

I've been picking a lot today. Organic Chemistry is killing me. :(

I had a culinary disaster in the kitchen yesterday. It was my first vegan meal disaster. I made coleslaw, courtesy of a vegan recipe blog, and it was disgusting. Oh well, I had to pick a bad recipe one of these days!

I'm also PMS'ing bad so this is my not very healthy meal so far today:

Breakfast: spinach smoothie
Lunch: tempeh bacon, "cheese", onion, avocado on two pieces of toasted bread with hot sauce and nayonaise. Ketchup on the side for dipping, dill pickles, and salt chips also on the side.
Snack: Salt chips topped with slices of avocado and drizzled with hot sauce. So good...but gross.

Oat porridge with raisins and dates

Falafels with steamed sweet potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower and mushrooms.

A banana, an apple, an orange, a 400g punnet of red cherries and a 400g punnet of grapes (putting any raw foodists to shame right there!)

Two besan chillas (sort of like a pancake made from just chickpea flour, water, minced veg and spices)

Yesterday:
Breakfast: Scrambled tofu with mushrooms and tomatoes on toast
Lunch: Cheezly, mushroom and tomato sandwich, Provamel chocolate dessert
Snack: Peanut butter and jam on bread, S&V crisps
Dinner: Chips, mushrooms and salad

Today:
Breakfast: Marmite and baked beans on toast
Lunch: Avocado and satay noodles with mushrooms
Snack: Sugar-free lemonade

Lunch: Pitta with smoked tofu, mayo & salad, yoghurt, pear
Dinner: Roasted Brocattato soup with bacon flavour chickpeas
Snacks: Starburst, melon, pear, nectarine
Drinks: Water, coffee, pepsi, hazelnut hot chocolate

Snack: 2 spicy bean burgers, no bun, with dill pickles.

Two 'nakd' bars (lame city centre with no vegan options, I couldn't even find bananas that were ripe enough to eat!)

For breakfast I ate a big bowl of Puffins Original cereal with light vanilla soy milk, and a banana/kale smoothie. For lunch I made my own hummus out of kidney beans, avocado, and Roma tomato on a large loaf of whole grain bread, the rest of the banana/kale smoothie, and an apple. I have not had dinner yet... :lol:

2 pieces of wholegrain toast with nuttelex and vegemite
2 pieces of wholegrain bread with nuttelex
Big bowl of pumpkin soup
White chocolate (Sweet William brand)
Soy vanilla icecream
2 bowls of home made vegetable thai green curry (potatoes, peas, green beans, carrots, zucchini, green & red capsicum, onions) with basmati rice

Lunch: Redwood "fish" steak sandwich with mayo, Alpro creamy soy yogurt, apple
Dinner: Leftover soup, pasta with roasted noochy veg in Fry Light butter flavour spray
Snack: 5 Starburst sweets, nectarine, salsa, more veg
Drinks: Water, coffee, soya latte
