Yesterday:
Sauteed spinach, tomatoes and mushrooms. Baked beans. Two slices of wholemeal toast.
Baked beans and grated Sheese over two slices of wholemesl toast.
Fry's Pops. Mashed potato. Steamed broccoli. Cornbread. Mushroom-miso gravy. Sriracha mayo.

everyone eats so healthily!

I am on some meds which are making me eat so much :( I'm not too bad until about 5pm, then the gorging starts... Seeing doc about it today. My other 'excuse' is that I'm pre-menstrual.

yesterday:
-brekkie/brunch: cup of tea, piece of toast, tin toms, baked tom, fried onion/pepper/mushroom, mini waffles
-chocolate brownie (homemade, from Another Dinner is Possible)
-late lunch: Linda Mcartney sausage, bulghar wheat/rice, salad, fried onion
-cup of tea, chocolate brownies
-piece of toast with Vitalite
-dinner: roast veg and (homegrown!) potatoes, soya chunks
-piece of toast with Vitalite, edam Cheezly and lettuce
-flapjack (homemade, from Another Dinner..)
-lots of water and apple squash throughout day

jeez, that's so much....this has turned into a confessional!

I am offically a vegan piggie ;)

Haha, have you read my posts, I basicly just eat bread! Your food diary looks really yummy and has alot more vegetables in it than mine!

I think piggies are really cute!

aw. me too actually!! And no, I hadn't noticed your bread intake. Guess it's the quantity of food I eat which is higher than it 'should' be. But I am off to the gym this afternoon, so that should help.

Yesterday:
Breakfast: Oatmeal, prepared with water and molasses, coffee (black)
Lunch: All-natural peanut butter & jam on whole-wheat bread
Snack: Unsalted almonds
Dinner: This (http://vegweb.com/recipes/best-vegan-mac-and-cheese-entire-worldseriously) macaroni and cheese... DELICIOUS! (& my Deva Vegan Multivitamin)
Throughout the day: 96 oz. of water

Today:
Breakfast: Oatmeal, prepared with water and molasses, coffee (black), Deva Vegan Multivitamin
Lunch: Macaroni & cheese (left over from yesterday!)
Snack: Unsalted almonds
Dinner: Crowder peas, prepared with splash of olive oil, salt & pepper, with okra.
Throughout the day: 96 oz. of water

Maple frosted cornflakes w/unsweetened soya milk
Vanilla flavoured coffee (I prefer regular coffee w/vanilla milk)

Crinkle cut chips, Fry's Chicken-style burger, salad leaves, ketchup, Plamil garlic mayo
Dandies marshmallows

most likely later on...

Breakfast: not gluten free cooked oats with rice milk/water, blue berrys, chia seeds, jazz apple
morning snack: over night oats with ricemilk, chia seeds, blueberrys, raisins, cinnamon, chopped banana in rice milk. 2 bananas
lunch: same thing again plus nakd orange bar and cashew bar
pre dinner snack: banana, cherrys
dinner: suma tucson bean soup, 5 medium rooster baked potatoes, 3 chickpea & kidney bean biscuits, steamed small head of broccoli, broad beans, brussel sprouts, carrot
desert: orange
drinks: water all day
