Lentil soup with veggies mixed with quinoa

Steamed veggies with quinoa and sesame seeds

some of the stuff wasn't vegan :( I'm sorry animals. The dairy foods made me feel awful and sick anyways.

Gluten-free pasta with Marmite.
Quinoa and mixed vegetable salad, grated beetroot, hummus, vegan sushi.
Sweet potato and quinoa bake with roast potatoes, broccoli and gravy.
Green tea.
Peppermint tea.
Red wine.

Breakfast: Vanilla soya yoghurt with some strawberries and dates
Lunch: Mixed salad from Iydea and a gorgeous strawberry, apple and banana smoothie
Dinner: Indian buffet with a few pints of beer

Over the weekend I had all the great food I had made from Friday plus vegan lasagna, vegetable soup, bread, hummus sandwich, salad, brownies, cupcakes, and cookies! It was a snack attack weekend at the Long Dance. :P

Blueberry smoothie w/cashew butter
Beans on toast w/Marmite
Vanilla coffee
Massive salad- spicy bean burger, leek & potato sausage (Goodlife brand), roasted red pepper, sliced mushroom, roasted nuts & salad greens w/ tahini sauce (tahini thinned out w/water, a pinch of salt & lemon juice)
Coffee w/soya milk
Plain soya yoghurt w/Just Right cereal
Two flat mushrooms stuffed w/garlic butter, roasted nuts & cheddar Cheezly, grilled aubergine & carrot slices, salad greens
Chocolate/marshmallow ice-cream
4 Ryvita w/houmous
2 squares of 74% dark chocolate
Camomile tea

Quinoa and sweet potato bake with mushroom gravy.
Rice crackers and Vitalite.
Gluten-free breadsticks, fresh out of the oven with garlic and rosemary butter. :heart:
Fruit, spinach and flax seed smoothie.

Lunch: Salad with some left-over peanut stir-fry, an apple and half a banana
Snack: Mixed Berry Trek bar
Dinner: Chickpea and coriander burgers with thai cucumber salad, stuffed into a pitta bread
Snack: Square of dark chocolate with a couple of dates dipped in peanut butter

Brunch: Massive banana, a few cashews, three dates, handful of chopped fresh strawberries.

A small square of dark chocolate

Dinner: 2 Linda McCartney sausages with some ketchup, and a humungous salad

Both meals eaten whilst sunning myself in my garden - luvverly!

Snack: Half a head of brocolli, roasted with chilli powder, garlic and sprinkled with lemon juice. Half a roasted tomato.

Water, fruit tea. Hopefully some red wine, now!

Breakfast: Tasty flakes with fresh strawberries
Lunch: Salad with tenderstem broccoli and crackers with houmous, an apple and a clementine
Snack: Mixed berry Trek bar
Dinner: BBQ on the beach: burger in a bun, sausage in a roll and some grilled pepper, crisps and 2 bottles of Rekorderlig strawberry & lime pear cider
