I have this (expensive) protein powder that my husband absolutely refuses to use because it's too chalky he says. I'm wondering if anyone ever uses a scoop in breads or cookies or granola. Suggestions would be great, and recipes even better. (it's vanilla flavored but really mild)

Im going to try it in coconut oil chocolate chip cookies today, I think.
