Vegan on a budget?

So, I am planning on going vegan once I move into my new apartment this Friday! (New changes all around!) I was vegan for a bit in highschool, but I was fortunate enough to have my parents pay for most of my food. Now that i'm living on my own, I need some suggestions on inexpensive ways to remain vegan! Most of the "meat replacements" are too pricey (and I'm generally not a fan) but I am always open for suggestions!

Any recommendations? :)
