Hey

I have been vegan for nearly a year and I got my first vegan cookbooks for xmas aswell as skinny bitch and the China study. Im half way through skinny bitch, then will move on to the China Study.
Whilst reading Skinny Bitch i was interested in Americas government organisations who were "in bed" with the meat/dairy industry and how the general public are being lied to and tests were being falsified etc. Is there any such book about UK. I would love to know if anything like that happens in this country. I would be shocked if it doesn't but it would be interesting to find out.

Many Thanks

Lainey xx

Hi
I read The Silent Ark (written by the founder of VIVA (http://www.viva.org.uk/)) about 4 years ago and was on the same lines (you can buy it from Amazon (http://www.amazon.co.uk/The-Silent-Ark-Chilling-Expose/dp/0722531621/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1357055832&sr=8-1) for 1p). I'm not a fan of VIVA it did have a lot of info in.
