There is a new Happy Herbivore Book - Abroad.
I have so far made 5 things from this book - German Lentil soup (good), German sandwich spread (OK but won't be making again), Migas (good but soggy and won't be making again), Vegetable Korma (nice but a bit weak) and Creamy mushroom barley (one of the nicest things I have made from any cookbook and will be making it repeatedly in future).
