Meat in my salad!

I made myself a salad, and put meat in it.........unfortunately it was part of my finger! Does this mean I'm no longer vegan? ;);) Ouch! I'm trying to see the funny side.

I've never been very good at chopping veg up.......just fingers apparently. :o

Aw poor thing, that sounds sore! Glad you're seeing then fun side! Oddly enough my most common cooking injury is getting burnt or scalded. I have a scar on my hand from an unvictorious battle with the grill :)

Oh dear :( Hope everyone's OK.

I find I injure myself less often if the knife is really sharp but then if you do cut yourself it's nasty. Apparently a mandoline (sp?) is to be avoided by us clumsy folk at all costs.
