Hello, I am just wondering what kind of pattern other parents follow when cooking vegan food for kids.
Our day looks something like this:

breakfast--müsli with plant milk and citrus fruit or bread with tahini or margarine and jam
lunch--starch (grain, potatoes, or pasta) with vegetables and a source of fat (tofu, soy yoghurt, nuts, oil, avocado etc)
afternoon snack--raw fruit and veg, dried fruit and nuts
dinner--beans or lentils, vegetable and starch, usually followed by some sort of dessert or "treat" food

Just wondering how this compares with what others are doing, nonvegan friends seem to have neat meal plans for their kids, esp toddlers, whereas at our house everything seems so random a lot of the time. Thanks for your comments and advice!

Sounds like you're pretty organised and have a good menu outline going. :)
