A Selection of our Favourite Recipes by Solihull Animal Aid

I bought this book (http://www.animalaidshop.org.uk/books-dvds/cookbooks/selection-of-our-favourite-recipes-by-solihull-animal-aid) ages ago and have just started to cook from it. I have to say its brilliant, the recipes seem a bit uninspiring at first glance but they are really great.
So far I have made the Cheezly broccoli bake, Sausage hotpot & veg soup with herby dumplings:

They look like good comfort food. Did you have broccoli with your broccoli?

Yep, there was broccoli under the cheezly sauce and broccoli on the side. It was on offer in Asda last weekend (big pieces for 50p) so I got 3 lots!
