I was lucky enough to find a variety of vegan chocolate chips over the winter holidays, but I still had some mint chocolate leftover 4 months later! This is what I made with them. (psst! you can use regular chocolate chips too)
Not as healthy as the last recipe I posted, but just as delicious.
This is really easy and great for beginning bakers because you don't need any special equipment (ie mixers).
BTW, the choco chips I used were from Superstore (Canada), the President Choice decadent brand.
