Hello; I have been vegan for three and a half years now. When I first went vegan I was 136 pounds at 5'0" and eating a lot of junk food. Over the years I have transitioned to a whole foods, mainly gluten free diet and subsequently lost weight. I'm now 108 pounds and at five feet tall, I think that is the least I can weigh and still be healthy. I would like to gain some weight as well; I was wondering if anybody could give me bulk-up advice? Here's what I mostly eat on a daily basis:

breakfast:
smoothie with 2 bananas, 2 tsb peanut butter, 1 tsp raw honey, 1 tsp maca root; 2 tsb cacao nibs, and 1/4 cup rice milk

lunch: salad with salad greens, 1 avocado, sprouts, 1 cup quinoa, and salad dressing made with 1/4 cup tahini and olive oil and vinegar

dinner: varies; sometimes a cup of quinoa with a cooked eggplant or half a cauliflour, sometimes stir fried shitaki mushrooms and mung bean noodles, stuff like that

Do you actually need to be gluten free?

You could try bigger portions, snacking, more beans and pulses.

About the honey btw, being an animal product it's not considered vegan here which is a condition of membership.
