Dressing:
8 TBSP vegenaise
1 TBSP agave
1 TBSP organic apple cider vinegar
1 tsp dried dill
1 tsp poppy seeds
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 (or less) tsp salt

Shred the following:
1/2 medium head green cabbage
1/4 medium head red cabbage
2 medium carrots

Mix all dressing ingredients together. Add shredded cabbage & carrots. Mix thoroughly. Set in the fridge for at least one hour before eating.

That looks good. I love raw cabbage!
