I bought this book a few months ago, I wasn't sure about it at first but I made the West African Vegetable Stew and it was delicious, has anyone else got this or made anything from it?

Here's a photo of the stew:

I haven't got this book but it is an interesting concept. Are there recipes for nut butters in it too?

Yup, there is a recipe for a basic nut butter (using any nut) and for other basics like cashew mayo.

I'm also planning to make 2 other things this week - Southern Peanut Soup and Roast Nicoise Salad with Goddess Cashew Dressing.

I think I'd have to get a good blender/food processor before I attempt to make my own nut butter. Let me know what you think of the book and if it sounds good I may consider it. I love that we are at the stage where there are almost too many vegan cookbooks to choose from! :)
