Does anyone else have this book?


I just made the raisin bran muffins. I just used regular wholemeal flour instead of whole grain pastry flour and sugar instead of sucant as I'm not really sure what those ingredients actually are or if I can get them.

I was afraid that the wholegrain flour would make the muffins too dense but the apple purée kept them nice and moist.
