Hello, new poster here. I've been reading a lot of different sites and videos on YouTube and the one thing I'm not seeing posted is how many nuts/seeds people are eating daily. I've been hearing us them more as condiments rather than alone so I'm not sure if just sprinkling a few on a salad is enough or if it should be a few ounces a day or what. What do you think is a good daily intake of seeds or nuts. Thanks

Nuts and seeds are tiny powerhouses of nutrition , so only a small amount is needed at a time , say , a small handful. What is more important is to vary the type , as each different one has different nutrients. You could use them as a snack , but even better would be to incorporate the into a meal as nutrients work as a team helping your body to absorb them together. I wouldn't eat them every day , maybe every other if you like. It is as important to get your nutrition from a wide variety of food.
happy experimenting :-)

As I always say; There's no RDA for nuts & seeds.
