Hi there,
I´d really appreciate your advice! I´m vegan for about a year and something and just recetly I´ve realised I don´t have any nice vegan cookbook.
Since I eat same dishes over and over again I guess I would need some inspiration! Also there are some foods I´d like to eat more - kale, dark leafy greens, cauliflower ....- healthy stuff - but I have no idea what to do with it because I don´t really enjoy taste of those veggies. I am also trying to eat less oil and salt so I don´t want to use miso and soy sauce as much as I do right now.
Do you have any suggestion for a good cookbook? What is your favorite one?
I´m searching for one that DOESN´T USE MEAT SUBSITUTES like seitan and tempeh because I´m not fan of these foods, though I eat tofu from time to time.
I also don´t have time for OVERLY COMPLICATED recipes - I need something quick and realatively easy.
I would love recipes that would give me ideas how to use vegetables I normally have at home.
I did some research and I found these book - what do you think of them? Are they worth buying?
