morning snacks: a banana, a pear, some butternut squash soup with a whole wheat bun, a couple of small nacho chips, and a few pieces of a Denman Island almond chocolate bar.

lunch: plain bun at school.

snack: handful of banana chips

supper: one potato mashed with margarine and soymilk, a handful of steamed baby carrots, and a whole wheat bun with margarine, all smothered in mushroom gravy. Kind of a mini easter feast!

bowl of Optimum Power cereal with rice milk, coffee

1 apple
3 clementines
a few handfuls of mixed nuts and seeds

houmous with carrot sticks and wholemeal pitta bread

jacket potato with baked beans and green salad

water throughout the day

B: Two thick slices wholemeal seeded toast, one with peanut butter and jam and the other with yeast extract and tahini.

2nd B: Bowl of soya & linseed cereal with soya milk and raisins. Green tea.

L: Mixed berry Trek bar, 2 bananas, 2 apples and a satsuma. Green tea.

D: Stir fried mushrooms, yellow pepper, courgette, carrots and smoked tofu with garlic, ginger and soy sauce, served with spinach noodles.

1 grannysmith apple
1 red apple

chickpea flour omelette, with fried potatoes and parsley
salad (lettuce, rocket, tomatoes, onion, dressed with e.v. olive oil, lemon juice and salt)
1 orange
1 cookie (made by my flatmate's mom, and, surprisingly, vegan. it contains flour, sugar, raisins, oil, vinsanto and pine nuts and is unbelievably tasty!!:p )

1 pear
1 apple
nutmeg-flavoured chocolate

stirfried escarole with garlic
roasted zucchini with vinegar and garlic dressing
salted tomatoes
all of that with yorkshire puds (i was going to make some gravy and peas, but my flatmates occupied the whole kitchen, all the plates and the oven, so it just wasn't possible:rolleyes: )
1 orange
1 kiwi

and lots of chocolate-covered hazelnuts throughout the day :D

Thanks Gorilla, I do feel better...just tired. Guess I am well enough to go back to work tomorrow. The thought of that is enough to make me sick all over again :rolleyes:

brkfst: 2 CoOp weetabix thingies with soy milk
lunch: 1 pengenna veggie pasty, green salad
dinner: green salad with humous, rice, jalepeno chillies, carrots, dried apricots, spinach leaves, cherry tomatoes ... followed by caramel soya desert

lunch - roll with humous
dinner - large bowl of vegetable soup with some bread
snacks - a plum & a slice of Happy Tuesday cake

breakfast: vanilla soy yogurt topped w/ hearty morning cereal, green tea

lunch: wrap sandwich (roasted red pepper wrap, chickpea "tuna" salad, mixed greens, cucumber slices, red pepper strips), chocolate pudding cup

snack: almonds, red grapes, a couple tortilla chips, coffee w/ french vanilla soy creamer

dinner: frozen meal of tofu pad thai, microwaved sweet potato w/ earth balance

today:

bowl of Optimum Power cereal with rice milk and added pumpkin seeds, coffee

glass of orange juice

wholemeal pitta with chilli bean spread
fruit salad (grapes, plums, apples, oranges)
3 clementines

mixed bean and vegetable stew (kidney and haricot beans, broccoli, sweetcorn, peas, tomatoes - it would've had carrots in if someone hadn't stolen them from the fridge at work :mad: )

small piece of dark chocolate

water throughout the day

B - Can of diet coke :/
L - Instant noodles
Snack - A apple/cinnamon bar from Infinity foods, ooh and an alpro chocolate shake in a carton.
D - Melon slices :/ My parents wanted to go to a carvery and that was literally all I could eat :/
I was going to have some vegetables but apparently they had some sort of glaze on them, which neither 'Sarah' our waitress or the 'chef' seemed to know what it was... :s most strange.
Supper - I just made some pasta as I was STARVING, a day of walking round the Brighton lanes made me oooober hungry!

Lunch:
-Falafel and ww bread dipped in hummus
-Salad (romaine and baby carrots with LF dressing)

Snack:
-Peppermint Luna Bar

Dinner:
-Black beans and brown rice
-Slad (romaine, baby carrots, red peppers, Italian dressing)
-apple
-Chocolate pudding

Later: Some kind of a snack. Maybe soy crisps

tofurkey slices w/ soy mozzarella, spinach, dijon nayonnaise on 2 slices italian bread

3 homeade cinnamon waffles w/ earth balance & syrup
2 yves "sausage" patties
1/2 grapefruit
glass oj
cup warmed mint chocolate soymillk

earl grey tea
3 organic chocolate chip cookies

BREAKFAST - 2 slices of Eiskel bread with almond butter. 2 cups of coffee with Silk creamer.

LUNCH - A bowl of pinto beans, white rice, grilled veggies, salsa, chips and salad (from La Salsa).

SNACK - 1 sugar coated graham cracker. 1 apple. 5 brazil nuts.

DINNER - Veggie burger (sausage patties from Amy's on whole grain toast) with onion, tomato, red pepper, mustard, and vegenaise.;)

DRINKS - Orange juice. Water.

snack: celery sticks w/ roasted garlic hummus

dinner: chips & salsa, burrito w/ grilled onions, peppers & mushrooms, spanish rice, refried beans, a beer

currently: one more beer, and maybe some popcorn soon.

Breakfast: shredded wheat with soymilk and raw sugar

Lunch: 16 oz of fresh squeezed orange juice, 1 plain bun

Supper: bowl of CC's brown rice/kale stir fry and 6 vegetable gyozas

Dessert: homemade apple crumble, oooh it was SO good I nearly ate the whole thing!

What on earth is Blue Lagoon tea? It sounds divine.



Blue Lagoon tea is an energy tea :) Good coffee substitute.

Today:

1 cup of Blue Lagoon Tea.

1 "chicken" burger: wholewheat breadroll, Yves veggie "chik'n" patty, ketchup, vegan cheese slice, tomato, organic romaine.

1 cup of Chocolate Spice Tea.
4 mini organic oatmeal cookies.

Mixed vegetable, lentil and chickpea curry over organic brown rice.
2 pieces of baguette.

1 cup of Vanilla Maple tea.
4 sandwich cream cookies.
4 pieces of vegan white chocolate.

Apil 4th:
brk: nothing
lunch: green salad with carrots, cherry tomatoes, small portion of rice, humous, small portion of pasta, sweet chilli sauce, dried apricots, pickled jalepeno chillies and extra spinach leaves.
dinner: stir fried tofu and veg with rice noodles.

So far today i've had:

B: Strawberry oat cereal

L: Marks and Sparks slow roasted tomato and red pepper orzo pasta bowl (very nice!) and a few chips stolen off my mates plate hehe.

For dinner i shall be having either soup and bread or pasta and veggies. Although i don't know if said mate wants to go out for a meal, so maybe indian! Really not doing the healthy thing today...

0,33333 pineapple
2 baked potatoes in their skins,dresssed with olive oil,lemon juice,spring onion
pea soup with wholewheat crackers
some more crackers with pickled jalapenos
1 orange
2 kiwis
some nutmeg-chocolate
