B: Nothing.

L: Chickpea curry, lemon daal, mixed veg curry, brown rice and a couple of mushroom pakoras. Followed by spicy mexican vegetables with red kidney beans, scooped into hot tacos with melted cheese, salsa and sour cream. A generous slice of homemade lemon cheese cake with cherry topping, a wedge of yummy gooey chocolate cake and two scoops vanilla icecream.

D: Nothing, too stuffed to move. Just had a lie down :o

Supper: Prolly a banana and an apple or something else light...

B- Nothing
L- Beans on toast
D- 2 rolls with vegan sundried tomato sausages in, tomato, homous, lettuce and onion. Was really nice ^-^
S- Rainbow drops, oh so many rainbow drops 0.o

Am currently drinking some tea with soymilk :]

bowl of organic apple and strawberry crisp cereal with rice milk, coffee

large salad - lettuce, tomatoes, broccoli, houmous, mixed beans and coleslaw
1 apple

tofu and vegetable curry with rice

small piece of dark chocolate

water throughout the day

breakfast: peanut butter & banana sandwich on wheat toast, coffee w/ french vanilla soy creamer

lunch: amy's scrambled tofu w/ veggies & hashbrowns, strawberry banana soy yogurt, an apple

snacks: diet dr. pepper, roasted red pepper tortilla (plain), a pear, two nori rice cakes

dinner: "perfect protein salad" sandwich (wrap filled w/ lettuce, soybeans, wheatberries, various crunchy veggies and a dressing of vegenaise, mustard, lemon juice, cider vinegar & spices), and the best vegan chocolate chip cookie I've had yet, from Liz Lovely

while out: beers

RachelJune, what a lovely lunch you had!!! :D

Today:


1 cup of Blue Lagoon tea.
1 bowl of Optimum Zen cereal with vanilla soy milk.



1 cup of coffee with Silk creamer.
1 organic banana.



8 melba toasts topped with slices of smoked tofu and cherry salsa.



"Chik'n burger" - wholewheat roll, Yves "chick'n" patty, vegan cheese slice, tomato slices, ketchup.
A side salad of organic romaine, organic strawberries and avocado topped with raspberry and walnut dressing.



1 cup of chocolate spice tea.
4 mini oatmeal cookies.
2 sandwich cream cookies.

♥ Cup of English breakfast tea
♥ Mango-applesauce cup
♥ 8 pieces of brown rice sushi
♥ Pistachios and cashews
♥ Cup of tea
♥ Whole wheat penne with spaghetti sauce
♥ Big bowl of salad (lots of veggies) with French dressing and sesame seeds
♥ Some cookies and soy milk
♥ Some jelly beans and other candies

Breakfast: bowl of shredded wheat with sugar and soymilk

Snack: pear

Lunch: Amy's california burger

Supper: 3 slices of homemade vegan pizza with veggie pepperoni, red pepper, spinach, green onions and vegan gourmet cheese. SOOO good!

3 homeade cinnamon waffles w/ earth balance & maple syrup
glass tropical juice w/ vitamin c
1/2 grapefruit
2 yves "sausage" patties
cup roobis chai tea

2 boca burgers, each on slice of italian bread w/ romaine lettuce, tomato, onion, 1000 island dressing, and soy mozzarella on one burger
oven fries w/ ketchup & vegenaise
2 cups english breakfast tea

cup tension tamer tea
slice chocolate almond "ice cream" cake w/ chocolate crust & a sliced organic strawberry on the side
cup english breakfast tea

i've been eating alot of junk over the past few days, chips and burgers, beer.. I don't feel too bad though. hmm, today:
- raspberry yoghurt, half a melon ["i just want to buy a melon", i fucking love that advert, in fact im gonna look it up on youtube] wholemeal bread with margerine and carobella, chocolate soymilk, dried figs
- boiled millet with spinach, sunflower seeds, lentils, lots of soy yoghurt, um.. some left over tomato sauce, curry ketchup, worcester sauce. more figs

some vegan mini eggs
some dark chocolate

some blackberries

I had such an indulgent day, but I figure I deserve it since I'm spending Easter alone.

Breakfast: bowl of shredded wheat with sugar and soymilk. Cup of English breakfast tea

Lunch: more vegan pizza, since I made a double batch of dough yesterday. I had enough dough for a small pizza for myself, and I put veggie pepperoni, red pepper and spinach on it. And I had a can of organic grape soda :D

Supper: big piece of CC's triple chocolate cake that I made for myself :D . I have this huge pan now, that I have to eat up! I don't think that will be too difficult, it was SOOO good!

ETA: another piece of pizza and *another* piece of cake! :eek:

High five for vegan easter dinner! W00t!

Breakfast: Bowl of oatmeal w/soymilk, cinnamon, blueberries & hemp seed in it. Also a banana.

Lunch: Two PB&J sandwiches (with shelled hemp seed in them for protein)

Dinner: Asparagus, green beans, a baked potato, vegan garlic bread, vegan "meat" loaf (made from lentils and veggies)

And now, APPLE PIE!

God I love home-cooked vegan cuisine. :D

glass OJ
2 cups english breakfast tea
apple-ginger scone w/ lemon icing
cup cafix w/ french vanilla cream

quesadillas (ww tortilla, refried black beans, scallions, soy cheddar) served w/ salsa, "sour cream", guacamole
2 cups tension tamer tea

bowl cream of tomato and basil soup
grilled "cheese" on organic flax bread
berry blossom white tea

earl grey tea
huge slice of chocolate almond ice cream cake

A few of pieces of chocolate.



Half a Tofurkey Sweet Italian Sausage, fried, quartered and plonked on a multigrain bun with mashed avocado, tomato slices and ketchup.
A side of Alexa olive oil and rosemary potato wedges with ketchup.



2 pieces of toast with Earthbalance and strawberry & champagne jam.
2 sandwich cream cookies.
1 cup of chocolate spice tea.


Well yes, I'm PMSing and quite obviously craving starchy foods!!! :D

Damn Roxy, I eat those italian "sausages" all the time but normally just as breakfast food... I never really put it together and used a bun. And avocado? Mmm. Brilliant! :p

Shredded Wheat with soya milk and a wee handful of dried fruit n flaked almonds.
Lentil soup + 2 slices wholemeal bread
Tinned spaghetti with toast
3 pink lady apples (addicted)
1 banana
1 mini muffin
several cups of black coffee
lots of sparkling water

too much ! I feel crappy as I've eaten chocolate for the first time in ages and it's made me feel quite sick. I don't even like it that much !

B: porridge with a spoonful maple syrup
S: satsuma/apple/tomatoes
L: bagel with hummus/rocket/tomato
S: too much chocolate :(
D: about to have sausage casserole

All I've had to drink is 1 cup of earl grey and 2 glasses of cider :o
