lunch: veggie sushi roll, rice noodles w/ fried tofu & veggies, diet pepsi

snack: apple

dinner: green salad w/ cherry tomatoes & italian dressing, broccoli linguine alfredo, chocolate chip cookie, red wine, beer

Not much, but I only got up at half past one, PM.

so "breakfast": cup of tea at extremely uncomfortable + expensive café

falafel with all sorts of veggies in pita bread

2 figs

bowl of fruit muesli with oat milk

pasta bowl penne with basil pesto

lots of chai

today...

breakfast: hearty morning cereal w/ raspberries & soymilk, coffee w/ french vanilla soy creamer

lunch: two burritos (refried beans, mexican rice, lettuce, tomatoes, guac)

snack: cranberry apple tea, two plums

dinner: salad (mixed lettuce, cherry tomatoes, baby carrots, italian dressing), chicken & broccoli linguine alfredo (all vegan, of course), decaf green tea

small piece of homemade wheat-free carrot cake
4 strawberrries
peppermint tea

lunch:
red pepper hummus and pita
squash soup

snacks:
banana
steamed cauliflower
peppermint tea

supper:
beanloaf with garlic mashed potatoes
steamed broccoli with poppyseed onion dressing

healthiest day ive had in ages.. lol

dinner:
-square of vegan lasagna leftovers
-salad (org. herb salad, strawberry tomatoes, chickpeas, mandarin sesame dressing)
-fruit smoothie (banana, org. strawberries, peaches)
-tiny piece of garlic bread
dessert:
-a few of my easter treats :)

B: Porridge with goji berries, agave syrup and soya milk. Soya & linseed cereal and a banana.

S: 2 apples and a clementine.

L: Peanut butter and banana sandwich.

S: Half a dark chocolate easter egg :o

D: Delicious patra with coconut and coriander chutney (home-made by Kiran) :D

throughout the day:
amaranth bread sandwiches with yeast extract + cucumber slices
3 carrots, handful of cherry tomatoes
2 apples
more coffee

dinner:
big bowl of mixed salad
pizza with tomatoes, rocket, olives + capers

3 chocolate creme cookies
darjeeling green tea

portobello filled w/ stuffing and topped w/ gravy
green beans
sweet potato w/ earth balance & braggs
cranberry pomegrante juice

slice chocolate almond ice cream cake

breakfast: grits made w/ soymilk, earth balance & nut. yeast, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer

lunch: chunky veggie soup, toasted soy cheese sandwich on wheat w/ vidalia mustard relish, dark chocolate w/ almonds

snack: very thin smoothie (raspberries & chocolate soymilk...turned out more like a weird, cold soup than a smoothie really), a pear, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer

dinner: salad (greens, cherry tomatoes, baby carrots, italian dressing), chicken & broccoli linguine alfredo

soon: sleepy time tea

breakfast: shredded wheat + flaked almonds + a banana with soya milk

snack: pink lady apple

lunch: vegi deli & humous sandwich made with 2 slices of wholemeal bread

snack: another apple

dinner: 2 bean burgers with a big salad made of lettuce, spring onions, cucumber, cherry tomatoes,
sweetcorn, red peppers, yellow peppers and red onion

probably more fruit later too

Breakfast: cup of tea, apple and a banana - wasn't really hungry

snack: 2 digestive biscuits

Lunch: Seeded bagel, peanut butter and banana, fresh pineapple juice

Dinner: General Tao's Tofu (http://vegweb.com/index.php?topic=8769.msg76700) with brown basmati rice and broccolli

might have some chocolate later

Nothing but carbs today LOL:

Breakfast: strawberry shredded wheat with soymilk

Lunch: flax bagel with Tofutti cream cheese. big piece of chocolate cake :o

Supper: will be red lentil soup with a whole wheat bun and earthbalance

UPDATE: omg the red lentil soup was SO good!!! It was the "Raunchy Red Lentil Soup" from La Dolce Vegan, so if you have that cookbook, go and make this soup! I couldn't believe how flavourful it was. And I have enough for the next few days :D

I daren't post what I ate today! Far too much of not very good things. I couldn't feel full today:confused:. Most strange as that normally happens at a different time of the month. On the plus side, I tried Plamil's hazelnut choc and it was OK. Normally I don't much like their choc.

- Shredded bran cereal with chopped up bananas and strawberries on top
- coffee w/ vanilla soy milk (such a great all purpose coffee additive)
- 12" veggie delite sub from subway (i can't believe i ate an entire 12" sub!! they are so good though, they have 3 kinds of peppers!)
- salted cashews (very fatty but soooo good)

i had a small 'nana and some cranberry juice

raw stuff...carrots..cuke..red peppers..watercress..a toasted pitta bread and some hastily shoved together (unfortunately sloppy) hummous

roasted peppers and garlic whizzed up into a sauce on top of loads of pasta and leftover salad from lunch

and that easter egg and jelly stars i cunningly bought an extra (that i stashed in the top kitchen cupboard away from curious eyes) of cos i knew i wouldn't get any given over easter ;)

reading how everyone else actually eats three balanced meals with snacks in between makes me feel so much better about myself right now. i live with this guy roommate who never eats! whenever he comes in i'm always cooking something and i think to myself, "geez, he must think i'm the fattest fatty mcfatfat there is." so, anyways, here's what i ate today:

b: golden flax cereal with soy milk and a banana. oolong tea.

s: mini, unsalted pretzels, walnuts, raisins

l: a sesame bagel with tofutti cream cheese and tomato, steamed kale and broccoli. more oolong tea.

s: 1/2 an apple

d: probably something in the tofu, potato, greens in tomato sauce on a whole wheat tortilla.

and i really want to make mint chocolate cookies!

Damn Roxy, I eat those italian "sausages" all the time but normally just as breakfast food... I never really put it together and used a bun. And avocado? Mmm. Brilliant! :p

Try it and let me know what you think :D

Those sausages are on sale here at the moment, so I bought a couple of packets of them. My boyfriend likes to slice them up and toss them into pasta with some mushrooms and onion and pasta sauce.

1 cup of chocolate spice tea.
1 bowl of cornflakes with strawberries and vanilla soy milk.



1 Amy's shepherd's pie
A few pieces of baguette warmed in the oven with Earthbalance and crushed garlic.



2 sandwich cream cookies



1 organic banana, sliced and dipped in poppyseed dressing.



4 melba toasts with slices of smoked tofu, topped with cherry salsa.



1 cup of chocolate spice tea.
6 mini organic oatmeal cookies.

BREAKFAST - 1 Soylatte (I bought a little "whipper" fro $1.95 from IKEA which can make great lattes in half a minute!). 1 slice of German raisin and walnut bread with almond butter.

LUNCH - Musli with fortified soymilk.

DINNER - Homemade broccoli and potato soup. Baked sweet potato and veggie barbeque "rib".

SNACK - 1 apple. 1 toast.
