2 pain au chocolate
an orange
multigrain english muffin w/ earth balance & marmalade
glass cranberry-pomegrante juice

green pomegrante tea
2 cups roobis chai tea
huge plate pasta w/ broccoli & baby portobellos w/ spicy peanut sauce

english breakfast tea

tofu scramble w/ onions, hash browns, spinach, baby portobellos, nutritional yeast, soy mozzarella, bacuns
1/2 grapefruit
strawberries
multi-grain english muffin w/ earth balance & marmalade
tension tamer tea
pain au chocolate
english breakfast tea

few handfuls of roasted pumpkin seeds
throat comfort tea
few wheat crackers w/ scallion hummus

2 cups dragonwell green tea
chickpea toss (recipe from Garden of Vegan) served over brown rice w/ braggs, flax oil, and sesame seeds
a tangerine

hot chocolate w/ ricemallow fluff

about to have some freshly popped popcorn w/ earth balance while watching a movie

Today:


1 cup of Blue Lagoon Tea.
1 bowl of cornflakes with strawberries and vanilla soy milk.



1 cup of coffee with Silk creamer.
a couple of pieces of chocolate.



1 Oskri Organics cherry coconut bar.
2 sandwich cream cookies.



1 "chicken" breast in dijon marinade.
Alexa rosemary & olive oil potato wedges.
Stirfried mushroom, red pepper and carrots in Thai Sesame Vinigarette.



About to have a cup of chocolate spice tea and a couple of sandwich cream cookies.

Breakfast: bowl of shredded wheat with soymilk

Snack: banana

Lunch: personal pizza from The Joint with veggie pepperoni, spinach, red pepper, caramelized onions and vegan cheese on a whole wheat crust.

Snacks (snuck into the movie theatre :D ): Gabriola Island Chili Chocolate bar (WOW was this ever good!!! Dark chocolate with a bit of "heat" to it. It was fantastic). One bite of a Gabriola Island garlic chocolate bar (disgusting :o ) . One Denman Island raspberry chocolate bar. One raw cherry cashew energy bar (I forget the brand)

Supper (too tired to cook): Flax bagel with Tofutti cream cheese

yesterday I had:

spelt bread (fresh from the oven and still warm... mmh!) + chestnut spread
fruit salad (banana, apple, kiwi fruit, strawberries)
soya cappuccino

quinoa salad (quinoa, carrots, orange, fennel, pine nuts, balsamic vinegar)

soya cappuccino
last of the homemade strawberry & almond ice-cream

wholewheat pasta with broccoli, cauliflower + yeast flakes

lunch: tofurkey italian sausage halved on two wheat hotdog buns w/ grilled onions & green peppers, baby carrots w/ creamy dill dressing, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer

snack while playing poker: potato chips & beer

dinner: spaghetti marinara, two pieces wheat bread, strawberry cheesecake ice cream, red wine

brekkie - porridge with apricots and raisins and i was really naughty and put a teaspoon of cocoa powder in as well. oh man, so lush!

lunch - leek and porcini mushroom soup with parsley bread courtesy of food for thought

snack - three dolma. yum :) i'm so glad i discovered the vegan stuff in the local offy! i have the other three in my bag and am with difficulty resisting eating them now!

a vegi deli salad sandwich with granary bread
a kiwi fruit
tofu & vegetable stir fry with brown rice
home made sorbet type thing made with frozen strawberries n bananas, soya milk and a pinch of sugar.

also got me a pomegranate for later :)

once again, not enough to drink throughout the day !

Snack: Apple
Lunch: Mediteranean potato sald: Potato, soya yoghurt with chilli powder, cumin seeds salt and I cant remember what else!
Dinner: Red and Green lentil curry with Kidney beans, Potato, Peas and basmati rice.

"meatballs" in sauce on 2 slices olive bread

ancient forest tea (mix of black, green, white)
fudge brownie w/ crumbled pnb cookies in gooey chocolate sauce (this is incredible...taste reminded me of drake's funny bones...blast from the past)

good tidings tea
dragonwell green tea
salad (cabbage, carrots, scallions, tofu, mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, braggs, flax oil, sesame seeds, sesame stick crackers)

About to have more tea and slice of a 6 inch chocolate cake that my husband surprised me with from the Whole Foods bakery. He even had a love note written on top of it!

Breakfast: none, slept in

Lunch: Amy's California burger on a whole wheat bun.

Dessert: two homemade no-bake chocolate cookies

Supper: spicy veggie fried rice and 6 vegetable gyozas. Few carrot sticks dipped in CC's raw goddess dressing

Dessert: another no-bake cookie and a bowl of sliced bananas with warm chocolate sauce drizzled over top :D

2 slices of toast with houmous and 2 slices of vegi deli
a kiwi fruit
vegetable chilli with salsa, iceberg lettuce and cherry tomatoes in 2 corn tortillas
then I was a total pie and tried out some vegan cream cheese with some salsa on some crusty bread

breakfast: chex cereal w/ soymilk, half a grapefruit, green tea

snack: spoonful of pb

lunch: salad (greens, baby carrots, italian dressing), tofurkey italian sausage halved on two wheat hot dog buns w/ grilled onions & green peppers, chocolate pudding

snack: smoothie (banana, strawberries, kiwi, oj)

dinner: veggie pasta salad, steamed broccoli, scalloped potatoes

when I get home: sleepytime tea

BREAKFAST - Soy Latte. 1 multigrain toast with avacado, Earth Balance, and Italian style Tofurky.

LUNCH - Leftover lasagna and 1 veggie tamale. Steamed spinach.

SNACK - 1 apple and 1 tangerine.

DINNER - Avacado and Tofurky sandwich. Hot soy chocolate.

SNACK - Almond clusters and potato chips:o (and I'm wondering why I'm not losing weight!).

handful of cherry tomatoes, 2 carrots
apple, orange
2 chocolate biscuits
spoonful of lemon ice-cream nicked from boyfriend
organic elderberry lemonade

dinner:
curried rice with courgettes, banana + raisins

My day started off pretty bad, but got better towards the end ;)

Breakfast: FOUR no-bake chocolate cookies with extra chocolate sauce drizzled on top :eek: This filled me up so much that I wasn't hungry till 8:00!!

Snacks (spaced throughout the afternoon): 2 bananas and a square of Denman island hazelnut chocolate bar

Supper: brown rice/kale stirfry with 7 vegetable gyozas and some sliced carrots and cucumbers with CC's raw goddess dressing.

double bergamont earl grey tea
huge veggie burger on 2 slices flax bread, toasted w/ nayonnaise, spinach, tomato salsa, red onions, soy cheddar
oven fries w/ ketchup & vegenaise
few baby sour gherkins
roasted red & green peppers, spinach, artichokes
few bites of tabouli (was way too stuffed to finish it....most of this food was from Whole Foods)
can of natural cola

another cup of double bergamont earl grey
slice of chocolate cake w/ apricot filling
