A long way just for dinner, I'm afraid! ;)
The chestnut spread is from Italy, but the French one is very similar as far as I know. I absolutely love it and have to stock up before going back to Britain.

some leftover rice/almond pudding.
a really nice pasta salad with fried oyster mushrooms, fried portobello mushrooms, almond filled green olives, fresh cherry tomatoes, white and purple aubergine, red pesto and elderflower vinegar. - it was really good.
and then of course, a birthday cake, made with one layer of chocolate/orange cake, one layer of karamel créme, one layer of fresh strawberrys, another layer of cake and then a thick layer of chocolate mousse, and then loads of strawberrys, sprinkles and chocolate pieces. it was amazing. still have half left, and we were six people eating:p

I'm in the midst of final exams (had one today, and I have one tomorrow and the next day), so my eating routine has been a bit weird:
Breakfast: flax bagel with tofutti cream cheese. Cup of English breakfast tea.
Snack (during exam): Denman island hazelnut dark chocolate bar
Snack (after exam): banana
Late lunch (after nap): bowl of leftover kale/rice stir fry
Snack (at suppertime): baked potato with earthbalance and tofutti sour cream
Dessert: a few sliced strawberries dipped in leftover nutty chocolate sauce
Snack (around 9:00 p.m.): carrots and cucumbers dipped in CC's raw goddess dressing
Snack (11:00 p.m.): bowl of oatmeal with maple syrup mixed in.
Lots of snacking today! Usually I do this during exams because I don't have time to cook while studying, but looking at what I ate, I think I could have made 2 decent meals with the time I spent preparing snacks LOL.
