today i woek and had coffee,,,then went to scruffyheads house and had more, then went to see my ill grandmother, came back, ate salad,fell alseep, woke,had more coffee, then had a huge salad with rocket ,tomato, parmezano, olives,spinach and lettuce


then later had tomato soup, more salad

and have just snacked on cider, more salad, some leftover mash with purespread and pepper, and nw im going t bed!:)

B: 2 bananas and orange
L: Huge salad with romain and red leaf lettuce, cucumber, tomato, alph alpha sprouts, and black beans with dressing
S: smoothie (boysenberry juice, blueberries, strawberries, banana, and coconut) and a pretzel
D: veggie stir-fry(snap peas, baby corn, red peppers, carrots, brocolli) with an oriental stir-fry sauce

Breakfast: bowl of Nature's Path granola cereal

Lunch: 3 beef flavour vegan taquitos

Snack: bowl of sliced strawberries with maple syrup drizzled on top. Cup of English Breakfast tea

Supper (rushing before my exam): flax bagel, half with Tofutti herb cream cheese, other half with earthbalance

Snack (after exam): banana

tofu scramble w/ onions, hash browns, bacuns, soy cheddar
ww poppyseed bagel w/ tofutti cream cheese & bilberry jam
orange juice
2 cups warmed peppermint soymilk
organic strawberries
english breakfast tea

BBQ:
yves veggie dog on bread w/ ketchup, mustard, relish
coleslaw
ear of corn
1 1/2 kabobs of cherry tomatoes, sliced portobellos, onions, morningstar steak strips all marinated in bbq sauce
lemonade
potato chips and onion dip

2 cups double bergamont earl grey tea
fudge brownie, pnb cookie dessert from whole foods
chamomile lavender tea

today:

brunch - jasmine rice with vindaloo "chicken" made with soy chunks and aubergine pieces, and a ready-bought vindaloo sauce.

A LOT of gum (this is my first day without cigarettes)

a cup of chocolate tea from yogi tea.

a banana.

a pot of lemon/greentea.

a can of chickpeas.

two sliced bananas, with a raw mousse made from prunes and dates, drizzled with walnuts.

two cups of fresh, raw, organic orange juice.

i feel pretty full, compared to the fact that i haven't eaten as much as usually.

it feels terrible not to be able to smoke, after eating, and cheated a bit with a menthol (eeew) cigarette, i smoked, but didn't inhale.

breakfast: chex cereal w/ sliced banana & soymilk, green tea

lunch: baked sweet potato topped w/ crumbled tofu burger, ketchup & mustard, chocolate soymilk

snack: sourdough pretzel bites, apple w/ pb, diet dr. pepper

dinner: veggie spring rolls, wakame salad, veggie sushi roll

after work: a couple beers

B: Fruit & nut muesli with sliced banana and soya milk. Cup of chai.

S: Apricot soya yoghurt.

L: Sandwich with wholemeal bread, sliced tomato and cucumber and two veggie sausages. A banana and a cup of chai.

S: Apple.

D: Linda McCartney deep country pie with carrot, brocolli and cauliflower.

satsuma (7) strawberry (10) and apple (2) juice shared with the mini.

toasted bread..avocado..chilli sauce..tomatoes and that fake beef stuff in strips :confused:

alpro soya choc shake
homemade date scone..pure spread and strawberry jam..yum

raw hummous (i made it whooo!!) more bread, tomatoes and sun blushed tomatoes
apple juice and water

TODAY:
B- a roll with hummus and a glass of soy milk and oreo thin crisps

L-none today

D- vegan boca burger on bread with ketchup and a small bowl of corn-based cereal (not sure what it was really haha) topped with soy milk and a teaspoon of peanut butter.

YESTERDAY:
B-vegan boca burger on bread with ketchup and then this concoction I made up that tastes like french toast sorta it's 2 slices of bread with vegan 'butter' and cinnamon and sugar smeared in between and on top and with a drench of soy milk then microwaved for like 20 seconds..it's good. haha.

Lunch- bread with vegetables on it only and like 5 onion rings.

Dinner-fatfree refried beans with salsa mixed together and i dipped corn chips in it and then a small portion of oatmeal with salt.

lunch: chips & salsa, fajitas (tortillas w/ refried beans, mexican rice, grilled onions, peppers & mushrooms, pico de gallo, guacamole, & romaine)

dinner: vegan caesar salad w/ seasoned croutons & blackened tofu, a big piece of rum cake w/ butter cream frosting, beers

coffee
muesli with soya milk

nachos with chilli, guacamole, soya yogurt and vegan nacho cheese

glass of pomegranate, blueberry and acai berry smoothie

water and orange squash during the day

Fruit and nut muesli with soya milk and banana, cup of chai.

Apricot soya yoghurt.

Mixed veggie salads with a slice of pizza with vegan mozarella and 2 slices of rye bread with avocado pate.

Lots of cake - lemon & mango cheesecake, jam tarts, mystery truffles, apple and cinammon cake and fruit scones with cream and jam.

A couple of vegan sausages with carrots, peas and brocolli for supper.

Banana.

Not a healthy day... :o

Brunch: Brown rice pasta with peanut sauce and peas. Lots of it.

Snack: Apple

Dinner: Broccoli, peas, and carrots in cheez sauce.

Various beverages: Green tea, water, 1 12-oz cola.

Not the best day but it could have been worse.

Today:


1 cup of Blue Lagoon tea.
1 bowl of cornpops with vanilla soy milk.
1 organic banana.



1 cup of coffee with Silk creamer.
1 Larabar - chocolate coconut chew flavour.



Big salad: mixed organic leaves, cubes of smoked organic tofu, organic strawberries, organic avocado, transitional red grapes with raspberry & walnut dressing.
2 Mediteranean style organic crackers on the side.



Soon I'll have a cup of Sleepytime tea and some cookies! :D

yesterday i had my 18th family birthday - had a really nice menu:

oven roasted potatoes with rosemary.
a red cabbage/carrot salad with mustard vinaigrette.
lentil/brown rice burgers.
aubergine/spinach/"cheese"thingys.
a salad made from bell peppers and cucumber.
a salad made from fried oyster mushrooms, fried brown mushrooms, and steamed asparagus.
red wine sauce.


dessert:
vanilla cupcakes with chocolate mousse.
peanut butter cupcakes with chocolate.

it was fucking awesome:)

brekkie - two pieces of marmite on toast. so addicted to marmite...

lunch - quinoa salad with shredded cos lettuce, tomatoes and cauldron beech smoked tofu, which i haven't had for a while because i overdid it a bit and it turned on me. tastes good now though after a long absence!

dinner's going to be the leftover tofu with rice noodles and some broccoli that's languishing in the bottom of my vegetable draw!

B: An apple and 2 cups of green tea (forgot to take soya milk to office for cereal :( )

L: Bugsy sandwich (carrot, homous and salad on wholemeal), a huge banana and a cup of chai.

S: Apricot soya yoghurt and a big bunch of black grapes.

D: Sutaki pie with home-made chips, broccoli, carrot and cauliflower.

Early morning snack: Apple, green tea with agave.

Brunch: Three slices garlic toast. 12 oz cola. I need to lay off this stuff.

"Pre-workout realization that an apple and three slices of toast was all I had eaten so far" snack: Spoonful of peanut butter.

"Keep me from going crazy with hunger while my rice cooked" snack: Another spoonful peanut butter.

Lovely, lovely, dinner: A casserole dish-sized salad of chickpeas, fresh spinach, and brown rice with lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. This was very, very good.

I've drank almost a quart of water. I should drink some more.
