no problem.. it sound pretty rough, i can see why you're not hungry! i wouldn't be either!

hope you're doing better now.



today i've had:

bowl of fiber muesli with soy milk
a banana/strawberry/soymilk smoothie
four (!) soy sausages, straight from the packet
a guarana cola
a danish

and i still need to get something for dinner - i'm really loosing my healthy habits.

soya yoghurt
vegetable stir fry with some rice
some homemade spicy lentil and butternut squash soup

bowl of muesli with soymilk

a kiwi fruit

handfull of peanuts

cajun fries, 2 tofu sausages, huge mixed salad

hungry again, but not sure what to eat/make...

B: 2 thick slices wholemeal toast with peanut butter and mashed banana. Cup of chai.

L: 2 bananas and an apple.

S: Handful of mixed nuts and raisins.

D: Chickpea and spinach curry with brown rice.

Dessert: Bowl of vanilla icecream with melted chocolate :D

breakfast pineapple juice, porridge made with soya milk and
a tsp sugar, banana and cup of coffee

lunch 2 slices of homemade toast with soya spread,
baked beans and a salad - fresh strawberries and
soya strawberry yogurt

dinner nutty mushroom pilaff, roast veggies followed by
kiwis and 6 tinned apricot halves covered in caramel
dessert

snacks 2 rice cakes with low fat peanut butter and 1
homemade coconut cookie

drinks 2 glasses of water, 3 cups of coffee and 1 cup of
green tea

and feeling good on it lol - could do to drink more
though

I must be the only person who loses his appetite when depressed...

A bit off-topic, but trust me, you're not. My weight dropped to 5st 10lbs during a very depressed period a few years ago. I hope you feel better soon :).

B: Three glasses of cranberry juice (my urinary tract was bothering me). Marmite and salad sandwich on wholemeal bread.

L: Vegan fry-up cooked by my lovely boyfriend - consisting of potato waffles, baked beans, Linda McCartney sausages, fried tomatoes, fried mushrooms, onion rings and tomato ketchup. Cup of rooibos tea with soya milk.

D: I'm just about to have a bowl of Swedish Glace with fruit, apple pie and banana cake.

Roxy, could you post that red cabbage recipe? It sounds great, and I love anything with Thai seasoning :D.

tofu scramble w/ onions, mushrooms, spinach, bacuns, hash browns, soy cheddar
2 biscuits w/ earth balance & agave
a mango
glass apple juice
cup decaffe roast tea

bowl hemp granola w/ vanilla soy yogurt
2 cups chai tea
big handful spicy roasted pumpkin seeds

1/4 of a large pizza topped w/ green olives, onions, mushrooms, soy cheddar & soy mozzarella, crumbled yves veggie burger

Today:
2 cups magnolia oolong tea
3 homeade cinnamon waffles w/ earth balance & maply syrup
2 slices fakin bacon
1/2 grapefruit
glass orange, peach, mango juice

1/4 of large pizza (same as above)
glass cranberry juice

2 cups blackberry sage tea
pomegrante chocolate chip ice cream

Today -
Brunch, caramel nut brownie luna bar, large iced soy latte.
Dinner, (went out) seitan roulade with veggies and roasted rosemary potatoes, shared vegan german choccie cake for dessert.
small soy latte on walk home.

Haha, i've been feeling a bit dodgy, so on saturday, I had a banana, and a bit of soup (the cause of my dodgyness I think..), then yesterday, half a bowl of cereal, and today a yoghurt and some berries.

yesterday...

lunch: chips & salsa, fajitas (tortillas, refried beans, mexican rice, grilled onions, peppers & mushrooms, pico de gallo, guacamole, romaine)

dinner: multigrain crostini w/ pesto, stuffed shells w/ tofu ricotta & homemade mushroom marinara, more multigrain bread, macerated strawberries over tofutti vanilla ice cream, red wine

So far only a slice of toast with houmous, orange pepper and cucumber
. . . oh and I just ate a chocolate (a coffee cream) to keep me going!

Not intentionally starving myself - I'm just very erratic and the chaos of my brain means there is always 'just one more thing' I ought to do before I go and get something to eat. And then one more thing and then I remember something else and then - well as you can see, breakfast at 4pm!

Edited to add:
a tofu and vegetable pie and cauliflower with a spicy tomato sauce

Breakfast was an orange (the sweetest I have had in ages) and an apple.

Lunch was not worth talking about.

Dinner was a large (and I mean large) mixed herb salad (there was definitely way too much coriander leaf in there) with green pepper, carrot, tomatoes, lentil sprouts, farro, mixed ground pepper and white balsamic vinegar.

Lunch: homemade spicy lentil and butternut squash soup plus a slice of wholemeal bread
Dinner: tomato and basil pasta with a big salad
Snack: Crusty bread with some homemade jam

B: 16 oz soy latte, lemon lara bar.
L: banana, avocado and tomato sandwich
S: 8 oz revive vitamin water
D: homeade tofu loaf (tofu, tahini, mustard, oat flakes, onions, garlic) with cumin spiced potatoes and green salad w/ dijon dressing, french bread.

breakfast: kashi go lean w/ soymilk, half a grapfruit, green tea

lunch: fried brown rice w/ garlic, ginger, scallion, cilantro, carrot & edamame, chocolate soymilk

snack: apple w/ pb, coffee w/ soymilk

dinner: stuffed shells w/ tofu ricotta & mushroom marinara

snack: 12 (!) chocolate donut holes w/ carob glaze. I haven't had a donut since going vegan almost two years ago, so I felt I deserved to eat all of them at once :)

soon: sleepytime tea

I made a lovely rice pudding last night. Not made it before, and - amazingly for me - I didn't burn it :)

Also made a lovely veggie spaghetti bolognese, which my son loved too.

B: 3 Weetabix with soya milk, a banana and a cherry soya yoghurt. Cup of chai.

L: Peanut butter and banana sandwich, another banana and an apple. Cup of chocolate spiced tea.

D: Wholewheat pasta salad with raw veggies (carrot, tomato, cucumber, red pepper, spring onion, beetroot and radish) and tofu, fresh garlic and ginger, 1 tbsp omega oil, lemon juice, salt and mixed herbs.

S: Bowl of red grapes. Handful of mixed fruit and nuts. Vanilla icecream with chocolate sauce :)

It's quite nice. Don't know whether you can get Plamil chocolate in you country? If not I'd offer to send you some, chocolate's not heavy and postage won't be much, but I'm not in Britain at the moment and the chocolate was a present from friends to keep me going until I get back in September. ;)
