quinoa with lentil-spinach curry
1 small container applesauce
huge mixed salad with iceberg lettuce (leftover from Japanese cooking...), tomatoes, cucumber, onions, red cabbage
spaghetti with fresh garlic + herbs

lunch: slice of wholegrain toast with peanut butter and banana
dinner: white bean, tomato and roasted garlic soup with 2 slices pumpkin seed bread, apple pie crumb cake muffin with scoop of vanilla swedish glace
water throughout the day

LOL!!!...Boy, that was loud Roxy! It is roasted mate and black tea made by Celestial Seasonings www.celestialseasonings.com
Hehe - yes I did get rather excited there didn't I. LOL - Sorry!! I love Celestial Seasonings tea!! I don't remember seeing the Morning Thunder tea though. Hmmmm - I'll be looking for it especially now!
Today:
1 cup of Blue Lagoon tea.
2 pieces of organic wholewheat toast with Earthbalance.
Tinned spaghetti (yes, I found somewhere to buy Heinz Spaghetti in a tin, from England and it's vegan :) unlike the North American stuff)!
A few pieces of chocolate.
1 organic banana.
A small amount of plain kettle chips.
Veggie "chicken" breast in Dijon marinade.
Salad: organic romaine, organic strawberries, organic avocado, raspberry & walnut vinigrette and cripsy onion on top.
2 glasses of red wine.
4 melba toasts with Tofutti cream cheese and bottled garden antipasto.
Will probably have a chunk of vegan chocolate banana cake while I'm watching a DVD later.

home made chocolate soymilk: heat some soymilk, add big chunk of dark belgian chocolate broken into bits, whisk a little till it's all molten. don't let it boil! done
add agave nectar if it's not sweet enough or if you use unsweetend soymilk

Yesterday I had:
Two bagels with peanut butter and 2 sliced bananas on top.
Potatoes roasted in olive oil with steamed brocoli, white cabbage and carrots.
Baked beans on wholemeal toast.
Snacks were 2 packets of crisps, dairy free crackle bar and crackers.
Green tea and water.

breakfast: wheat bagel w/ better than cream cheese, canteloupe, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer
lunch: salad (baby romaine, cucumber, green pepper, broccoli, chickpeas, thousand island dressing, bacos)
snack: banana w/ pb, handful of chocolate chips
dinner: veggie spring rolls w/ duck sauce, 8 pcs veggie sushi
while out: too much to drink...
...and a plain blueberry bagel when I got home...

Breakfast - coffee
Lunch - lettuce, tomato, cucumber, courgette, avocado and olive salad with a yummy spread made from spinach, mushrooms, garlic and tomatoes.
Dinner - As above with a rice stuffed yellow pepper.
Snacks - about 7 strawberries, 2 pieces of toast with vegemite and more coffee :)

Rice & psyllium cereal with rice milk, diced banana and a sprinkling of whole almonds.
Lunch
Blueberry soy yogurt
Fuji apple
Organic orange (yum!)
Toasted sandwich (yeast-free rye bread with slice of tofutti soy cheese)
Cup of white tea
Dinner
Salad (baby spinach, rocket, mixed beans and salsa) and toast (with almond butter)
Cup of black tea and 2 apple spice cookies
Mmm, food...

snack: pear, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer
dinner: french fries w/ ketchup, falafel & hummus on pita w/ lettuce, tomato, pickle, tahini & parsley
after work I'll have sleepytime tea.

B: cinnamon roll lara bar, 16 oz. iced soy latte.
L: most of an avocado and tomato sandwich on whole wheat bread
D: (after yoga) huge homemade stir fry (mushrooms, zuchinni, baby corns, onions) with brown jasmine rice, terriyaki sauce and chilli paste), few sips of red wine, blackberries

I ate too much bread yesterday :o Oh well I felt like carbs! :D
Yesterday:
1 cup of Blue Lagoon tea.
1 bowl of Acai plus granola with vanilla soy milk.
3 pieces of organic multigrain toast with Earthbalance and agave nectar.
1 Yves veggie "chicken" burger with ketchup.
Salad: organic romaine, organic strawberries, organic avocado, raspberry & walnut vinigrette and a sprinkling of crispy onions.
1 cup of Apple Cinnamon Spice tea.
1 birdsnest cookie.
4 pieces of organic multigrain toast. 2 pieces with raspberry jam and mashed organic banana. The other 2 pieces were with Earthbalance and agave nectar.
1 cup of Sleepytime tea.
