D: Steamed brocolli and cabbage with cashew nuts, lemon juice and salt
Snacks: Crisps and dark chocolate

yesterday...
breakfast: pb & banana sandwich on wheat toast, coffee w/ soymilk
lunch: eggless egg salad in a wheat pita w/ lettuce & alfalfa sprouts
dinner: veggie sushi, spring rolls w/ duck sauce, stir-fried cabbage & broccoli, garlic string beans w/ onion, spicy tofu w/ mixed veggies, steamed rice
after: red wine

houmous with carrot sticks
fruit salad (mango, melon and strawberry)
jacket potato with baked beans and green salad
some lovely blueberry and almond chocolate (sent to me by someone very special ;) )
lots of water all day

yesterday...
breakfast: smart start cereal w/ blackberries & soymilk
lunch: alphabet soup w/ almond parmesan sprinkles & hot sauce, toasted wheat pita w/ melted tofutti american, mini spicy corn muffin
snack: banana, plum, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer
dinner: salad (lettuce, tomato, onion, green pepper, sprouts, parsley, house greek dressing), spinach pie, stuffed grape leaves w/ tahini
went out after work and had a few beers b/c it became my birthday at midnight! I have a very excellent menu planned for today...

1 kiwi fruit
red lentil, spinach and coconut curry with fresh pita bread
1 pita pocket filled with hummus and a mixed so-called "farmer salad" (grated cabbage, carrots, peppers and whatnot)

day before I just ate 1 bowl porridge and a small amount of salad - I've lost my appetite lately :confused:

I've lost my appetite lately
Are you tired? I struggle to eat when I'm tired.
Today I've had one small slice of bread with peanut butter, glass of orange juice, one strawberry (tasting for later!), half a glass of smoothie, an apple. 2 bags of crisps. Water as usual. I'm tired! (Better eat lots for dinner I think!)

Today: 2 slices of bread with strawberry jam, coffee with soya milk, orange juice, a banana, some grapes, 2 small pieces of baklava, mini poppadums with lemon & coriander humus, veggie dill stew. Lots of water.

Thanks to you and anyone else who may have posted! I don't know much about no sub-groups or forums...
yesterday...
breakfast: banana chocolate chip pancakes w/ syrup, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer
lunch: black beans & white rice, sweet plantains, fried yucca w/ ketchup
dinner was a potluck with the theme "finger foods": cucumber cups w/ red pepper hummus, tortilla chip scoops w/ black bean "caviar", crackers w/ mushroom walnut pate & swiss cheez slices, marinated mushrooms, pickled carrot sticks, mini corn muffins, "meatballs" in marinara, twice baked potatoes w/ soy cheddar and bacon bits, tempeh cheesesteak sandwiches, roasted pepper bruschetta stuffed mushrooms, carrot cake cupcakes w/ cream cheese frosting. oh, and lots of drinks. I definitely had a tummy ache at the end of the night!

It's interesting to read what everyone is eating. I've seen a few ideas I'd like to try myself.
Breakfast was my usual which never seems to get old for me.
Oatmeal, sliced banana, flaxseed, and green tea
For lunch I had a baby spinach salad, grapefruit and brown rice.

i made a soup..well i think they call it a smoothie..but i put it in a bowl and ate it with a spoon so therefore it was soup...1 punnet strawberries, same of raspberries and tablespoon oatgerm/.bit of maple syrup on the top..all whizzed up
bean goulash..this was ACE. i'm saving some for people at work tomorrow..lucky lucky people at work
juiced carrots..yellow pepper..2 apples and some ginger
corn crackers..salady bits..loads of hummous, cuke, tomatoes..gonna have a boiled up corn on the cob too
lots of water and nettle tea. yummers ;)

I had a Sutaki pie, chips, a huge tomato and mixed veg. (And two glasses of wine.)Bit of chocolate. No room for more strawberries.

I've just eaten some steak cut chips with Sainsbury's barbeque relish (labelled vegan). For such a simple snack, it was really delicious.

I had some pistachio nuts and I'm cooking some chinese orange barbeque stir-fry with garden tempeh and peas and some wilted zuchini and celery and carrots.
I woke up kind of late today. I probably won't eat much after that.
This looks like it's going to be tasty.

Steamed veggies - potato, carrot, broccoli and cauliflower with soy mayonnaise.
Snack
Herbal tea (Cranberry, raspberry infusion)
Puffed corn (I eat it dry as a snack food)
