breakfast: banana chocolate chip pancakes w/ syrup, a tangerine

snack: wheat crackers w/ mushroom walnut pate, coke zero

lunch: alphabet soup w/ almond parmesan sprinkles, carrot cake cupcake w/ cream cheese frosting

snack: tortilla chips w/ spicy black bean caviar, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer

dinner: twice baked potato w/ soy cheese & bacon bits, lemonade sorbet

now: a beer

fruit and oat cereal bar

jacket potato with houmous, green salad and cherry tomatoes

i've had 2 apples and 3 carrots and a humongous zingy hunk of ginger all juiced..
2 cups nettle tea..

olives..marinated raw garlic :D (yeah, i stink)..roast veg cous cous..watercress..cashew nuts..tomaotes..sun blushed tomatoes..sprouted mung beans and strawberries

it's meant to be tea time now but i've got that too-tired-to-eat thing. most unusual for me :o

Yesterday:

1 cup of Blue Lagoon tea.
1 bowl of Acai granola with vanilla soy milk.

2 slices of organic multigrain bread, toasted and topped with mashed avocado, salt & pepper.

1 smoothie - organic banana, organic strawberries, vanilla soy milk, ice.

1 Yves veggie penne bowl sprinkled with nutritional yeast.

2 Pomegran Plus waffles with maple syrup.

1 glass of red wine.

6 choc chip cookies :D

Today:

1 cup of Blue Lagoon tea.
1 carrot maple muffin.

1 cup of coffee.

1 organic banana.

Home-made pasta: wholewheat rottini, 1 Tofurkey Keilbasa (sliced), mushrooms, organic orange pepper, organic broccoli, organic roasted garlic/tomato pasta sauce. All sprinkled with nutritional yeast.

1 cup of Sleepytime tea.
4 choc chip cookies
2 pieces of Dagoba lavender & blueberry chocolate.

I have been really fat today cos I was hungover!

Few hunks of seeded bread

cup of carrot and noodle soup


green salad( different lettuces and avacado)

Roast broccoli,sweet potato and buttnut squash with rosemary (and added ketchup) lol

I was on vacation all weekend in Savannah, Georgia, and it was not very easy to eat vegan where southern cooking and seafood is so popular...

Friday:

lunch: wrap sandwich (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, sprouts, shredded carrot, hummus), smoothie (strawberry, banana, pineapple, oj), coke zero

snack: pb granola bar, apple

dinner: hot pressed wrap sandwich (rice, black beans, grilled veggies), french fries w/ ketchup, beer

late night: salad (lettuce, tomato, red onion, oil & vinegar), potato chips, more beer

yesterday:

brunch: quesadilla (hummus, spinach, tomato, onion, pico de gallo), cranberry walnut cookie, soy mocha latte

lunch: salad (lettuce, tomato, red onion, cucumber, mushroom, balsamic vinaigrette), french fries w/ ketchup

dinner: ginger salad, miso soup, cucumber roll, grilled veggies, steamed rice, beer

then more beer...I was on vacation! :D

spaghetti with tomato sauce + lentil-rice balls (Vegan Lunchbox)

2 bowls salad with mixed greens, apple, radishes, sesame

lots of tomato salad

1/2 ciabatta bread

too much white wine...

I didn't eat until 2, which is very bad for me.

2 - cucs and hummus

3:30 - raw salad with hummus

3:45 - very large ABC cookie.

I'm planning on tempeh, steamed kale and grains for dinner.

B: Wheat-free chocolate muffin. Bagel with strawberry jam. Cup of rooibos tea.

S: Banana.

L: Peanut butter and maple syrup sandwich.

D: Bean burger. Slice of bread. Boiled potato. Salad.

Now I'm having a mug of chocolate chai tea (it's black tea, with a spoonful of drinking chocolate, a sprinkle of cinnamon and soya milk stirred in).

Saturday breakfast
Puffed corn, diced red apple with rice milk
Chamomile tea

Lunch
Leftovers - mushroom and onion goulash with quinoa
Some 70% chocolate
Green tea

Dinner
Puffed brown rice cakes spread with pesto and topped with white cucumber and sliced tomato
Plain potato chips (unsalted)
Chamomile tea

Supper
Apple
Defrosted mini whole-meal muffins (from veganlunchbox.com)

Sunday
Breakfast
a banana

Lunch (at family friends' place)
Picked salad items off of serving platters! Coriander, parsley, rocket, pickled cucumbers. They made little pancake-thingy's too which amazingly were vegan!
Orange juice (don't normally drink much juice but I was starving).

Dinner
Puffed brown rice cakes with sliced white cucumbers and tomato (not much pesto left - one of my flatmates mistook my parmesan-free pesto for her cheese-riddled pesto because the tubs look much the same :( )

Supper
blackcurrant cordial
puffed corn (eaten dry as a snack)

2 Pomegran Plus waffles topped with chopped organic strawberries and maple syrup.

Cup of coffee.

1 maple granola bar.

Salad: organic romaine, chopped organic strawberries, organic avocado, raspberry & walnut vinigrette, crispy onions.
2 open face sandwiches - organic multigrain bread (toasted), Yves veggie burger, ketchup and a melted slice of Tofutti cheese on each.
1 small bottle of sparkling apple juice.

2 Pomegran Plus waffles with maple syrup.
2 choc chip cookies
1 cup of Sleepytime tea.

lunch: footlong sub w/ all the veggies & sweet onion sauce, sunchips, some of bf's french fries, diet coke (was hungover)

snack: malted crackers w/ pb, root beer

snack: wheat crackers, brownie

dinner: macaroni w/ meaty marinara sauce, roasted potatoes & carrots, red wine

Oh dear I am eating badly :o .

Today I had a soya yoghurt, 2 chocolate bars (was rushing around), and am about to have homemade chips, sausages and mixed veg.


Tomorrow I have a huge online shop coming from the dreaded Tesco and it includes lots of nice nutritious things :) .

Breakfast: Porridge and 2 bananas

Lunch: Fried tofu and veg rice

Dinner: Bit bizarre - 2 nut cutlets and a Chinesey veg stew from the crockpot, followed by 2 soya desserts.

D will be: onion bhajis, stir fry, sweet potato, avocado (odd combo !)

I've only managed to eat 1/2 my daily requirement of protein :(

Got up and had a herble tea with fresh grated ginger (in a little bastket thing so the ginger was not floating around)

The I had a smoothy with banana, apple, blueberries, pineapple, papaya, soya milk and teaspoon of omega 3 /6/9 oils.

A Barley Cup drink with soya milk and a dark chocolate digestive bisciut, they are Kosher andvery hard to come by,

Lucn was a brown begal slced into 3 an toasted, then spread with some red pepper houmous, followed by a hand full of peacans and 2 large sqares of 70% choclate.

Another herbal (from the large selection from the box on my desk)


Got home and had a tiny bit of Raw Chocolate.... followed by some little toased garlic bagel crisps.


And now I think I'm gonna have and avoacado toasted sandwich on wholemeal bread with grilled smoked tofu with vegan may and sweet chilly sauce.

Just before bed I will have a hot choclate (Green and Blacks Maya Gold) with unsweetened soya milk - but I will put in about 5 spoons of chocolate, mmmm:p

1 peach soya yogurt
1 raspberry and vanilla soya yogurt

deep-fried tofu with green peppers and onions
satay tofu
mock duck pancakes with cucumber, spring onion and hoi sin sauce

lots of water during the day
