- 2 slices toast w/ lemon jam. Apple tea (I'm obsessed)
- Butterbean soup. 2 slices of bread.
- Banana
- Orange
- Brown rice w/ Green Vegies.

yesterday...

breakfast: smart start cereal w/ soymilk, coffee w/ soymilk, decaf green tea

snack: wheat crackers w/ mushroom walnut pate

lunch: salad (leaf lettuce, cucumber, green pepper, alfalfa sprouts, seasoned oil & vinegar), spanakopita pie, coke zero

snack: smoothie (banana, strawberries, pineapple juice), cashews, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer

dinner: veggie "ham" soup (thick broth w/ peas, carrots & corn), thai curry tofu w/ mixed veggies, steamed rice

after work: one beer

Cornflake cake (there was nothing else left for breakfast! :eek: ) and Coffee

Rich Tea biscuits with cup of Tea

Pastry with Homous, Green Salad, Sparkling Apple Juice (shopping arrived, yay! :D )

Pasta, Vegemince, Potatoes, Green Salad, Swedish Glace vanilla ice-cream.

Cappuccino with rice milk

Homemade veggie soup (celery, leek, carrot, red pepper, zucchini, mushrooms, tahini, yeast extract and tamari, oregano and thyme)
Apple
A few almonds, walnuts and brazils

Tonight probably:
Black beanburger
Cauliflower or asparagus
Apple

loadsa nice things :)

carrots, yellow pepper and apples juiced up..
nettle tea..lovely lovely..

cherries..raspberries and blueberries..

a celery carrot and beetroot juice from the bar place

watercress rocket and spinach salad..tomatoes..cold tofu marinated in nice stuff .steamed green beans..and pitta bread and loooads of engevita on top..like a mini mountain

and just made a cup of enchantress's chocolate chai tea stuff..which was pretty nice as it goes :)

toom humid today - didn' fancy anything cooked.

coffee + soyamilk
soya yogurt, banana, kiwi fruit + bran flakes

olive ciabatta
salad (radicchio, tomato, red pepper, cucumber, carrot)
few marinated olives, artichokes + courgettes
melon slices

lemon sorbet

more olive ciabatta
carrots + white bean dip
strawberries
4 pieces of marzipan-filled chocolate

Yesterday:

1 cup of Nirvana tea.
1 carrot maple muffin.

1/2 bag of skinny stix (chips).

1 cup of coffee.

1 vegetable samosa with chutney.
1/2 takeout container of vegetable biryani.
1/2 takeout container of chana masala.
2 glasses of wine.

1 mini dark chocolate easter egg.

Breakfast:
soya milk with molasses
OJ with ground flax seeds
an apple


Lunch :
mushroom nut loaf with rosemary tomatoes and hedgehog pots. (thanks vegcurry for the recipe :-) everyone loved those.
spinach

Cherries and rice milk custard (not everything on the menu can be Haute Cuisine)


Tea:
scrambled tofu from VwAV excellent
whole meal bread and marge
an orange

raspberry and vanilla soya yogurt
fruit and oat cereal bar

houmous with carrot sticks
glass of apple juice

peach soya yogurt

veggie burger with veggie bacon, Cheezly and tomato relish in a sesame seed bun
cherry tomatoes
green salad

melon slices and red grapes

lots of water during the day

I'm glad you liked it.

Today I've eaten a peanut butter and banana sandwich and some pretzels. I wasn't hungry today, I'll probably make up for it tomorrow.

2 iced soy cappuccinos (one in the morning, one late afternoon).

banana & flaxseed "fiber bar".

huge bowl of sprouted grain cereal w/ almond milk.

"bowl" consisting of: steamed veggies (sliced carrot, broccoli, cauliflower), kale, brown rice, kidney beans, sweet potato chunks, tempeh, and seaweed, with "creamy" dill dipping sauce.

lunch: morrocan chickpeas, veggies & couscous, coke zero

snack: banana w/ pb, strawberry banana soy yogurt

dinner: salad (leaf lettuce, cucumber, green pepper, alfalfa sprouts, seasoned oil & vinegar), spanakopita pie

I've got friends in town tonight, so I'll probably have a drink or three after work.

I ate really well yesterday, cos it was the first chance I had money to buy food!

Breakfast:
-2 small homemade fruit flapjacks [oats, raisins, mixed nuts & fruit, apricots]
-smoothie made of raspberries, banana & apple juice [tangy!]

Snack at work:
-dried cranberries
-Soya hot chocolate

Lunch:
-Mushroom pilau rice with extra mushrooms, onions, garlic & courgette
-Mixed fruit bar
-Glass of soyamilk

Snack:
-Another fruit bar
-ginger snap biscuits

Dinner:
-Stiryfry made of onions, garlic, red pepper, carrot, shredded cabbage[?], brocolli, cauliflower, green beans, mushrooms, courgettes, frozen mixed veg [carrots, peas, sweetcorn], tamari & toasted sesame oil
-a few toasted wraps with some of the stir fry in it :)
-rest of raspberry smoothie from the morning

Snacks:
-Fruit flavored apple cubes [made from 100% apple + fruit] :D
-unsalted rice cakes with natural peanut butter & sugarfree jam
-1 banana
-small cup of muesli base, some apple juice & some maple syrup


Eeep.. I know I should eat more veg than fruit.. I dont normally eat that much fruit. Not that its bad :) but eating that much fruit and veg, I know I should be eating less fruit and more veg..

nut cutlet with steamed broccoli and asparagus, roasted butternut squash and sweet potato, onion gravy

lots of water all day

last dinner with boyfriend - I'm hating long-distance relationships already! :(
so last joint cooking effort resulted in:

strawberries with balsamic vinegar

(various types of) lettuce, lots of dill, dulce (seaweed) flakes, loads of chic peas, lemon juice, and annie's 'gingerly vinegarette' dressing.

I was supposed to be fasting, but I broke the fast last night, and today I ate:

- whole bunch of vegan mac n cheese made from Follow Your Heart cheddar and rigatoni noocles. YUM!

- organic soda

- crackers
green apple

Ok, not the healthiest day, tomorrow I'll get more veggies.
