Mesa Sunrise cereal with rice milk
2 slices of Redwood roast, carrots, peas, broccoli, green beans, roast potatoes and onion gravy
oat and raisin flapjack
chocolate flavour Rice Cream
1 peach
water during the day

Bowl of strawberry crisp cereal with soya milk.
2 bananas, an apple and a small cup of coffee.
Trek bar (chocolate flavour) and 4 stuffed vine leaves (greek name, but can't remember what they're called).
Japanese salad with tofu, mushrooms and tons of weird looking exotic veg in a delicious sweet soy sauce.

lunch: summer rolls w/ peanut sauce, vegetable & tofu ap chay (vietnamese noodle bowl), diet pepsi
snack: smoothie (one of the best I've made - banana, strawberry, mango, pineapple juice, oj, dash of grenadine and splash of 7up), coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer
dinner: salad (leaf lettuce, shredded carrot, alfalfa sprouts, tvp bacon bits, thousand island), blueberry bagel w/ better than cream cheese, diet coke
snack: wheat crackers, sleepytime tea

- Pumpkin soup w/ 2 slices of toast
- Dinner will be a slice (or two:D ) of home made mushroom pie and maybe some salad or potatoes?

breakfast: vanilla soy yogurt w/ smart start cereal, green tea
snack: applesauce, raisins
lunch: minestrone soup, wheat pita pizza w/ spinach
snack: cherries, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer
dinner: salad (leaf lettuce, black beans, mushroom, cucumber, green pepper, red onion, avocado, salsa), raw broccoli w/ goddess dressing, crunch wrap w/ refried beans, lettuce & tomato
soon: sleepytime tea
I feel like I eat so much more than everyone else here...and I'm trying to cut back. Can't stop being hungry!

Yesterday...
Breakfast - banana, 2 crispbread with dairy-free spread and yeast extract
Late Lunch - steamed new potatoes, kale and carrots, leftover nut roast, cranberry sauce, gravy
Teatime snack - apple, small handful salted peanuts
Evening - 1/2 pack of Tesco Value Tortillas, home-made hoummus, glass of wine, 1/4 pineapple

Yesterday was my first day back on the wagon after relapsing into my eating disorder over the weekend.
1 cup of Nirvana tea.
bowl of stirfried veggies: organic carrots, organic green pepper, organic brocolli with sesame ginger stir-fry sauce.
1 cup of Nirvana tea.
Some organic dried pears.
2 maple cinnamon waffles with organic strawberries & maple syrup.
1 grande size passion/orange iced tea from Starbucks.
2 sandwiches: organic wholewheat bread, Yves veggie burgers, ketchup, organic tomato slices, organic herb salad mix.
2 glasses of red wine.
8 mini organic chocolate cookies.

- Freshly squeezed juice made from pineapple, pink grapefruit, banana, lemon & orange
- Papaya
- Another juice (exactly the same)
- Brown rice w/ green vegies
Lots of hot lemon water throughout the day
I have bronchitis borderlining pneumonia so I am trying to have a massive vitamin hit :( I had to cancel my birthday party this weekend :( :(

snack: smoothie (banana, pb, cocoa, soymilk), coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer
dinner: salad (leaf lettuce, black beans, cucumber, green pepper, red onion, mushroom, avocado, salsa), raw broccoli w/ goddess dressing
when I get home I may have some peanut brittle and sleepy time tea.

Organic Sunshine burger on ezekial bread with a slice of rice cheese
coconut popsicle
organic plain popcorn with salt
1 avocado, sliced
quinoa "noodles" with 2 slices rice cheese melted ("mac n cheese" so good)
Began to eat a big lettuce salad but I hadn't washed the leaves very well and there was all this sand or grainy dirt that I was biting on! So did not eat the salad...
Oh and lots of water

Today:

1 bowl of Acai granola with chopped organic strawberries & vanilla soy milk.
1 sandwich: organic wholewheat bread, Earthbalance, organic tomato slices, salt & pepper.
Red tortilla chips with spicy salsa.
1 cup of apple cinnamon spice tea.
Home-made cold pasta salad: wholewheat rotini, Yves veggie chicken strips (diced), organic red pepper, organic green pepper, organic tomato, sunflower seeds, poppyseed dressing.
2 maple cinnamon waffles with organic blueberries and maple syrup.
1 glass of red wine.
6 mini organic chocolate cookies.

2 pieces WW toast with 0.5 can baked beans
Another smoothie
Pasta with lentils, aubergine and mushrooms (all I had in the house, flavoured with tomato puree and stock cube)
Bourbons and some fruit digestives :(
Cup hot choc
Been eating too much junk lately, need to be a bit healthier.
