flax cereal with soymilk

sandwich: sunflower seed patty(Sunburger) with roasted red pepper hummus, cherry tomatoes, and lettuce on toasted Ezekiel bread

bowl of kale and potato soup (green and creamy!)

blackberry smoothie (blackberries, vanilla soymilk, and ice blended...YUM)

small salad with ginger dressing and vegan parmesan

Quinoa-noodles with 2 slices rice cheese and handful of cherry tomatoes

lots of water

breakfast: grits w/ soymilk & earth balance, oj

lunch: two wheat pita pizzas w/ spinach, mushroom & green pepper

snack: cherries, walnuts, tortilla chips w/ salsa, diet pepsi

dinner: salad (leaf lettuce, spinach, black beans, mushroom, green pepper, red onion, cucumber, avocado, salsa), raw broccoli w/ goddess dressing, peanut brittle

sleepytime tea later on...

Today:

1 cup of Nirvana tea.
1/2 cup baked beans
2 pieces organic wholewheat toast with Earthbalance.
1 Yves spicy Italian sausage.

Another Yves spicy Italian sausage with ketchup.

8 organic strawberries.

1 cup of peach juice
2 oatmeal cookies
(after giving blood)

Salad: organic mixed herb salad, organic avocado, organic green pepper, raspberry vinaigrette.
1 veggie "chicken" breast in Dijon marinade.

1 glass of red wine.
2 maple cinnamon waffles with organic blueberries and maple syrup.

Yesterday...

B: Large bowl of fruit & nut muesli mixed with strawberry crunch cereal and soya milk. Cup of chai.

L: Mixed salad, red cherry soya yoghurt, chocolate marzipan bar, 2 bananas and an apple.

D: Sweet & sour vegetables with rice noodles.

Dessert: 3/4 tub of Tofutti chocolate cookie icecream :o

Dinner - quick 'n' easy curry with lemon basmati rice, Alpro yoghurt, glass of wine

Well I decided to eat just what I fancied, when I fancied, so a weird day :rolleyes: -

porridge with agave nectar

veggie ribs and green salad

frys chocolate cream bar

a few biscuits

marinated tofu in breadcrumbs, mashed potato, carrot and sprouted chickpeas, more salad, two pieces of fresh white bread

I'm PMSing today, so ate a few more carby snacks than usual:

1 cup of Nirvana tea.
1 bowl of Acai granola with organic strawberries & vanilla soy milk.

1 organic banana.

1 Chocolate/Coconut Larabar.

About 10 vegan jellybeans.

About 20 tortilla chips.

Salad: organic mixed herb salad, organic avocado, organic green pepper, raspberry vinaigrette.
Sandwich: organic wholewheat bread, Earthbalance, ketchup, Yves veggie "chicken" patty.

2 pieces organic wholewheat toast with Earthbalance and raspberry preserves.

1 glass of red wine.
8 mini organic chocolate cookies.

yesterday i had:

bananas and dates

veggie stirfry (carrots,fennel bulbs,celery, tomatoes,basil)with sweet n sour sauce

2 vegan croissants
some dark choc and 1 banana

huge fruit salad (pineapple,cantaloupe,apple,pear,orange,lemon juice)

tarallini, green olives
lots of red wine

dinner:
-thai!!! its the greatest food in the whole world. i love it so much. i had vegetable pad thai, vegetable hot and sour soup, tofu w/ peanut sauce and spring rolls with hot oil.

Breakfast: Whole porridge with goji berries and a banana.

Mid morning snack: 2 small oatcakes.

Lunch: Half a cauliflower, half a head of broccoli, chopped peppers, bean medley (chick peas, tomatoes, peppers, in 6 veg sauce I made the other day.

Later: Will have baked potato with chopped peppers, tomatoes, pumpkin seeds and a bit of toffuti cream "cheese".

I had a major wine drinking session with friends last night and my body is not thankingme for it today at all!

huge salad with more avacado, eggless mayo and olive oil

Another cup of tomato and pasta soup
slice of bread (well I just ate the crust)

another large salad with lettuce/cabbage/tomato/carrot &vegan mayo

Few chips with ketchup

I was so bad to my body yesterday! AllI had eaten was a bowl of pea soup, then I got veeery drunk! Wasa bad day.:rolleyes:

I ate a 'starfruit' for the first time today. They're selling them at the Tesco near my office, along with several other exotic fruits I've never tasted before. It was nice. It's hard to describe but to me it was like sweetened petit pois :D

L: 2 slices light rye bread, toasted with tahini and mashed avocado, baked beans and garlic-fried mushrooms.

S: A banana and an apple.

D: Vegetable curry with brown (tamarind) rice.

About to start baking Cherry's vanilla cake :D

D: homemade pizza piled high with tons of veggies
S: choc ice on stick type thing which I didn't like !

Lots of water, cranberry juice, decaf earl grey throughout the day
