Brunch - scrambled tofu with crusty rolls, decaff coffee with rice milk
Dinner - wholewheat spaghetti with grilled asparagus, and courgettes, spinach, peas, pine nuts and leftover homemade pesto - very green, but could have used a bit of garlic! Then peanut butter cupcake for dessert! :D

Gah - it's coming up to 5pm and I've had nothing but a cup of coffee cos I've been too distracted to act whenever I've felt hunger pangs and then it goes off and I forget. I do this a lot - next stop is feeling faint and being in a foul mood. Must eat something now!

Porridge with blueberries and maple syrup
Hot choc
Leftover chickpea couscous
Unripe banana - bleurgh - and some crisps
Dinner will be spag bol
Felt a bit weird today, sort of not hungry for ages then ravenous. Hence the crisps and banana. Didn't feel good on my run today either, really lethargic :(

This is the best tactic Cobweb, when I do this my body doesn't overdose on junk I crave what I need, and it's usually a high carb snack. It's when I ignore these impulses and start fussing about my weight that I eat more junk, or eat more erratically, and put on weight.
