I had a terrible eating day today.

1 cup of Blue Lagoon tea.
1 bowl of Peace Cereal with vanilla soy milk.
2 pieces organic french bread, toasted with Earthbalance and raspberry preserves.

1/2 organic banana.
Sandwich: organic multigrain bread, Earthbalance, Tofurky deli slices, organic tomato slices, salt, pepper.

12 squares of chocolate.

Polenta chips.
1 beer.

1 bowl of lentil & vegetable soup from a can.
1 piece of garlic nan bread with Earthbalance, warmed under the broiler.

I'll probably have a glass of wine later.

Can you tell I have my period ;) :D

so far today...

cup of nettle tea
coffee with soya milk
Mesa Sunrise cereal with rice milk

fruit and oat cereal bar
cup of nettle tea

masala vegetable rice with plain soya yogurt
another cup of nettle tea

1 banana

dinner will be:
toasted ciabatta with tomatoes and mashed avocado, followed by 'chicken' pieces and broccoli in a 'cheese' sauce
probably followed by some fresh cherries

yesterday...

breakfast: wheat pita w/ pb & strawberry jelly, two kiwis, green tea

lunch: sandwich (two asian-marinated grilled portobello caps, lettuce, spicy mustard & vegenaise on wheat toast), potatoes w/ peppers & onions, coffee w/ soymilk

dinner: chips w/ salsa, burrito w/ peppers, onions & mushrooms, spanish rice, refried beans

watching movies: coke zero

1 strange curry-ish dough pocket
2 pretzel dough roles

lots of tea

... I've been feeling rather sick all day, that's why...

carrot salad
few breadsticks with fennel seeds

coffee + soya milk
4 pieces of dark chocolate
apple, few strawberries

new potatoes + artichokes with plenty of garlic + rosemary
tomato salad

2 bananas, soyoghurt, gingerbread, wholemeal bread with 'butter' and a bar o chocolate, gingerbread, speltpasta with soyoghurt, chickpeas, tomatosauce, sunflowerseeds, linseed, brazils, almonds, spinach and green peppers

and 5 pots of vanilla pudding with gingerbread somewhere along the day

i had a banana..some peppermint and other stuff tea..a bit of of something tart..omg i can't remember its name..it had a cherry on top and tasted of almonds :confused: ..loads of icing sugar on the top.ehrrr

big cup of choc tea..then another..it's really nice!!

watercress,tomatoes,cuke,cubed basil tofu,raw mushrooms,parsley, yeast flake stuff,with lemon juice, flax oil..some seeds..forget which..some bread..i'm finding it hard to remember..must eat more seeds..

oooh today was a good food day. :D i had some cereal with soy yoghurt for brekkie and a mexican veggie wrap for lunch...loadsa green tea as im addicted to that stuff.
ended up going out for dinner and it was SOO good. didnt wanna go along first but my friends insisted and one of them rang the restaurant asking if they cater for vegans...isnt she so good? :) and yes they did, so i tagged along and the waitress went thru the whole menu with me and was really nice, i felt great. for once i wasnt a three headed hippie. anyhoo, it was a thai place and i had the yummiest tofu chili with rice noodles...think its my new fave!! :cool:

breakfast: smart start cereal w/ soymilk, oj, green tea

lunch: seitan cacciatore w/ wheat linguine, steamed broccoli & cauliflower, red safari spice tea

snack: soft pretzel, diet coke

dinner: lentil soup w/ hot sauce, baked sweet potato, an apricot & a peach, cranberry apple tea

snack: nori rice crackers

2 buckwheat waffles, tiny bit of maple syrup (the real kind)

1/5 bar of Endangered Species dark chocolate (my period-snack)

sandwich: 1/2 avocado and tomatoes on toasted ezekiel bread

smoothie: raw almond milk, strawberries, 2 kiwifruits

1 large rye cracker with sesame tofu pate

quinoa-noodles with rice-cheese and can of tomatoes

1/4 cup carrot cake flavor rice cream (SO good, and a deep orange color)

and of course, water

Banana and kiwi smoothie made with hazelnut milk for brekkers

Home-made tofu for lunch (vile!)

Taster of veggie & bean chilli which is for tomorrow (scrummy -lots of wine in it)

Dinner will be - hazelnut cutlet with loads of garlic - cous cous salad with apricot, almond, parsley, etc - steamed broccoli - grated courgette (grown in my garden and soooo good I just can't stop eating it)

Yesterday:

1 cup of Blue Lagoon tea.
1 bowl of Peace Cereal with vanilla soy milk.
2 pieces of french bread, toasted with Earthbalance and raspberry preserves.

1 cup of organic blueberry pomegranate juice.

Went with a friend to a veggie restaurant for dinner:

Thai noodles (rice noodles, mung beans, red pepper, green pepper, red cabbage, carrot, tofu, peanuts in a spicy ginger sauce).
1 Ginger beer.
1 soy latte.

3 ginger pecan cookies.

a handful of polenta chips.
1 sparkling grapefruit drink.

TUESDAY :)
- 2 slices of toast w/ citrus marmalade. citrus green tea.
- mashed vegies & brown rice
- banana
- pear
- vegie stir-fry w/ brown rice
- 2 medjool dates

WEDNESDAY :)
- oatmeal w/ cinnamon sugar
- brown rice & mashed vegies
- cinnamon cake
- pita wrap w/ seasoned chickpeas, tomato, cucumber, grated carrot, corn kernels & mixed leaves
- pear

Carb-loading today because I'll be off hiking for 10 days (well, a good excuse to pig out anyway ;))

coffee + soya milk
porridge with a banana, dried apricots + toasted nuts

minestrone soup
wholewheat bread + yeast extract

coffee + soya milk
4 chocolate biscuits
apple, strawberries, kiwi fruit

wholewheat pasta with chickpeas, rocket, cherry tomatoes + courgettes
some more chocolate biscuits :)

L: Lentil and carrot soup with bread roll

D: Lentil soup and roll again

(I finally made something with lentils that didn't get welded to bottom of pot so I celebrated by making it twice - red lentils are my new fav food)

Snacks: Bananas, crisps, choc, sweets!:eek:

Breakfast - fruit salad (strawberries/blue berries/orange) w/ maple syrup
lunch - home made tofu burger with one slice of "light" bread and tomato ketchup (after i ate this i checked the ingredients of the ketchup and MILK, i mean WHY?!:mad: ) and lots of veggies
snack - fruit salad again
dinner - toffu w/ bread and more veggies
snack - home made popcorn with maple syrup

lunch: lentil soup, baked sweet potato, corn on the cob, peanut brittle

snack: sliced strawberries topped w/ peach soy yogurt, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer

dinner: seitan cacciatore w/ wheat linguine, steamed broccoli & cauliflower

snack: nori rice crackers & a beer

Today:

1 cup of Blue Lagoon tea.
2 pieces organic french bread, toasted with Earthbalance and raspberry preserves.

1 bowl of vegetable & lentil soup
1 piece of nan bread with Earthbalance (warmed under the broiler).

1 bowl of Raspberry Ginger Peace Cereal.

1 organic banana.
1 cup of organic blueberry pomegranate juice.

Fry up: organic potato, organic orange pepper, organic broccoli, organic parsley, Yves terrikayi "beef" strips.
1/2 cup baked beans.

1 cup of Sleepytime tea.
6 mini lemon cookies.
