I have been very bad today because I haven't yet eaten--unless you count my coffee with soy creamer and the bite of veggie chili I taste-tested in my crock pot. I tend to be a late-night eater.

I've never heard of curry ketchup! Is that something you can only get in an Indian grocery?
Here's what I had (lots of treats today!)
lentils and spinach in a whole wheat wrap
natural vanilla soda
gogi berry muffin (mmm!)
natural sports drink
buckwheat noodles with vegetables/tofu
little organic lollipop, called a "people pop"
water!
and perhaps I will make a smoothie tonight with the leftover 1/2 mango in my fridge.

I've never heard of curry ketchup as an Indian speciality, guess it's a mid-european invention. It's basically the same as regular ketchup, only a bit spicier (but not in an Indian way, at least the one we can get here).
yesterday:
fruit muesli with banana soymilk
farfalle with dried tomato pesto
2 cups strawberry soy yoghurt
pizza with onions, mushrooms and Tofutti mozarella

Went to the Alley Cafe for lunch. I had a tempeh burger with potato wedges, and some thai style crispy balls on the side with a lovely sticky dipping sauce.
My friend and I both ordered milkshakes - he got lemon and lime and I got blueberry and strawberry. I thought his sounded horrible but when it came it was like a liquid lemon cheesecake! and he preferred mine so we just swapped :D
