sandwich: half an avocado on sprouted bread
7 oz. sweet and sour tofu
another muffin

I'm still hungry.... hmmm, what should I have....

- wholemeal pasta w/ basil & garlic sauce
- pumpkin soup

Two bowls of homemade lentil, carrot and tomato soup with flaxseeds sprinkled on top,
4 wholemeal rolls with soya spread,

Portion of chips from chip shop,
2 cans of cider,

Mint thins and crisps

Veggie pie, sweet potato, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, gravy
Apple & blackberry crumble with vanilla icecream

lunch: wrap sandwich (wheat wrap, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, green pepper, shredded carrot, alfalfa sprouts, red pepper hummus), bbq kettle chips, diet coke

snack: smoothie (banana, strawberries, kiwi, soymilk), green tea

dinner: wakame salad, cucumber roll & "ultimate veggie roll" (like seven kinds of veggies in there), more green tea

once I leave work: probably some beers and a snack, maybe pretzels

Today:

1 cup of coffee with Silk creamer.
2 pieces of organic multigrain toast with Earthbalance and raspberry preserves.

Roti with peanut curry dipping sauce.
Tofu goreng - deep fried tofu with chilli sauce, crushed peanuts, shredded lettuce & bean sprouts.
Vegetable curry in a coconut sauce with steamed rice.

1 glass of white wine.
1 piece of chocolate hazelnut vegan cheese cake with organic raspberry sauce and soyatoo whipped cream :D

I've never heard of curry ketchup! Is that something you can only get in an Indian grocery?

Cobweb ... where do you get the squirty soya cream from??? Is the brandname Soyatoo? I'm popping over to UK shortly and will stock up. Ooh, I'm getting all excited! I wonder how much I can fit in my bag if I wear the same clothes the whole trip.

haha, ^ yes, that's the brand name (Soyatoo squirty cream). I buy it online from veganstore but you can get it in some health food shops ;)


Today;
2 weetabix with soya milk
1 organic red apple
1 small jacket potato with (yet more! :rolleyes: ) veggie stew
1 tropical fruit smoothie
mashed mixed veg and potatoes with tofu baked in soy sauce and peanut butter

*did well today but i'm afraid that several hob-nobs made their way inexplicably into my mouth :o - will let myself off due to illness today though

haha, hadn't thought that curry ketchup actually IS German...

today:
1 soft pretzel

1 red plum

tortilla chips + salsa

4 slices sunflower seed bread with garlic-herb spread and tomatoes

...extremely healthy again :rolleyes:

I have some tofu marinating in the fridge so I'll fry that up later and see what goes well with it...

2 veggie dogs on white buns (no whole wheat available, should have just had the veggie dogs plain actually now that I think of it...)
tortilla chips and 1 avocado mashed up
small serving pasta with raw peppers, celery, etc.

Today:

1 cup of Blue Lagoon tea.
1 bowl of Peace Cereal with vanilla soy milk.

A few pieces of chocolate.

20 rice crackers (you know, the little round ones)

Home-made pasta salad: rotinni, poppyseed dressing, Yves teriyaki "chicken" tenders, all organic veg (red pepper, orange pepper, tomato, cucumber, red onion, avocado, parsley).

10 Macadamia nuts.

1 piece of chocolate hazelnut Chi Cake with organic rasbperry sauce and a little Soyatoo squirty cream.

brunch: biscuits w/ soysage gravy, coffee

snack: banana w/ pb

dinner: salad (watercress, grape tomatoes, basil, navy beans, shallot-dijon dressing), ziti pasta w/ marinara, bruschetta, piece of key lime "cheesecake" w/ soyatoo whipped cream (I bought some too...), red wine

My usual porridge with bran made with oat milk, maple syrup, frozen raspberries and ground sprouted linseeds
Kiwi fruit
2 bits WW toast with gooseberry jam
Hot choc
Dinner: Taifun slive with spicy rice and borlotti beans. Ate tons yesterday so not too hungry today

Went to the Alley Cafe for lunch. I had a tempeh burger with potato wedges, and some thai style crispy balls on the side with a lovely sticky dipping sauce.

That's made me very hungry. Where is the Alley Cafe?

yesterday...

breakfast: two pieces wheat toast w/ strawberry jam, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer

lunch: baked sweet potato, frozen meal of veggie korma, lentil dal & rice pilau, diet coke

snack: mashed banana & chopped strawberry topped w/ strawberry banana soy yogurt

dinner was at a tapas restaurant: cuban bread dipped in seasoned olive oil, ceviche de champinones (marinated button mushrooms), escalivada (grilled eggplant/squash/zucchini/artichoke hearts/garlic w/ pita chips), black beans & yellow rice, patatas bravas (potatoes in spicy tomato sauce), one beer

Snack:
nectarine
water

Lunch:
valencia peanut butter and apple jelly sandwich on nine grain bread (the best bread in the world!)
water

Snack:

Dinner:
pasta w/ diced tomato, onion, black beans, broccoli
