Couldn't have much else after the bagel, because bagels are 600 calories, and I'm trying to lose weight.
Don't worry, no wasting away will happen! :)

That chocolate sounds nice, Gorilla :)
Note to self - must make more hummous!
Yesterday I had:
Breakfast: Puffed rice, puffed oats, chocolate stars, raisins and soya milk.
Snack: Orange, packet of unsalted crisps.
Lunch: Home made curried potato pastie, barbecue flavour baked beans with mushrooms and falafels in. Orange, banana, pear, yoghurt.
Snack: Apple.
Later snack: 1/2 bar orange Plamil chocolate.
Dinner: Boiled quinoa and buckwheat, mixed with onions, green pepper, courgette, mushroom, red chilli, tomato, basil and loads of no added salt chicken seasoning (http://www.schwartz.co.uk/productdetail.cfm?id=10864), with salad leaves, cucumber, cooked beetroot.
This was first time I'd had quinoa or buckwheat. Turned out really well. That seasoning is really good, too. I've got cold leftovers for lunch today with 2 small pasties. :)

For the first time today I had fresh artichoke, what a kerfuffle it is! took me ages to eat and was a right mess with all the leaves.
I had it with polenta and a tomato sauce/ratatouille thing. Also had a puff pastry pizza type thing with cherry tomatoes on.
