breakfast: smart start cereal w/ blueberries & soymilk, green tea
snack: cherries, two gingersnaps
lunch: two open-faced sandwiches (five-grain baguette, roasted red pepper hummus, cucumber, romaine, green peppers)
snack: banana, diet pepsi
dinner: two five layer burritos (seven layers minus dairy)
after work: popcorn w/ nutritional yeast, peanut brittle, sleepytime tea

Breakfast: two pieces of whole grain bead with apple jelly.
Lunch: a bowl of tomato soup and a bowl of salad with vadalia onion dressing, mmm.
Snack: a freezie!
Dinner: a bowl of noodles with some canned diced tomatoes.
Snack: a handful of Munchos and a banana.

Today:
2 cups of coffee with Silk creamer.
2 Maple Cinnamon waffles with chopped organic strawberries & maple syrup.
Sandwich: olive oil & rosemary bread, organic mashed avocado, cranberry sauce, Tofurky deli slices.
Polenta chips on the side.
Home-made cold pasta salad: spiral pasta, lightly seasoned "chicken" strips (chopped), all organic veg (orange pepper, cucumber, tomato), poppyseed dressing.
Big handful of polenta chips.
1 glass of red wine.
8 squares of dark chocolate with almonds.

B: 4 pieces of wholemeal toast with soya spread and marmite
L: Hash browns, grilled tomatoes, piece of toast and half tin of baked beans
D: Broccoli, peppers and tomato curry with nan bread and mango chutney and sliced cucumber
Snack: crisps and chocolate
Drinks: water and orange juice
(about to have some nice cold cider as well)
I was a little concerned that all nan bread had yoghurt in it but this one I think was vegan?

yesterday...
breakfast: smart start cereal w/ blueberries & soymilk, green tea
lunch: stirfry (onion, zucchini, bok choy, carrot, mushroom, spicy tofu) over brown rice, small glass of coke
snack: nectarine, mango apricot soy yogurt, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer
dinner: salad (romaine, cucumber, green pepper, grape tomatoes, roasted red pepper hummus), thai peanut rice noodles, diet coke
after work: whiskey & coke
apparently I needed a lot of caffeine yesterday...

Yesterday:

4 pieces of organic wholewheat toast with Earthbalance and organic cherry preserves.
1 Amy's burrito with ketchup.
Home-made pasta salad: spiral pasta, all organic veg (cucumber, yellow pepper, avocado, red onions), lightly seasoned "chicken" strips (diced), poppyseed dressing.
Organic red tortilla chips.
4 Macadamia Nuts.
1 small bag dried apple pieces.
4 pieces of dark chocolate with almonds.
1/2 glass of red wine.

vege stew and herb dumplings
onions, potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, turnip, leeks
dessert spoon of marmite, stock cube, 4table spoons of extravirgin olive oil, mixed dried herbs.
vege suet, self raising flower, lots of mixed herbs 1stp salt
it was lovely:)
tomorrow is leftovers with added
soaked red/yellow lentils, barley, marrow fat peas then fried softened onions, all mixed up with dumplings

Yesterday:
2 cups of coffee with Silk creamer.
1 bowl of Peace Cereal with vanilla soy milk.
1 lemon poppyseed muffin.
1 organic banana.
3 macadamia nuts.
1 small bag of dried apple.
1 x 6 inch veggie delite from Subway.
Polenta chips on the side.
Diet coke.
Organic red tortilla chips covered in melted vegan cheese and spicy salsa.
1 lemon poppyseed muffin.
1 glass of red wine.

two smoothies of soymilk and strawberries
huge bowl of stirfried tofu, cucumbers, onions, and thin noodles
two pieces bread with peanut butter and rhubarb jam
some more stir fry :-D
lots of water in attempt to combat the huge amount of salt from the soy sauce!

and for dinner i'll probably have a blt with smart bacon and wheat bread. i've had tofu stir fry everyday for the past 2 weeks and i'm starting to get sick of it.

Oh yes. It's a Mexican restaurant we go to at least once a week. It IS really good!
today:
lunch: stirfry (zucchini, onion, carrot, mushroom, bok choy & spicy tofu) over brown rice, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer
snack: banana
my parents visited for father's day, and we made a southern-style feast for dinner: grilled bbq seitan ribs, zucchini boats w/ corn, tomato & dill, coleslaw, wheat mac n' "cheese", strawberry shortcake w/ vanilla rice dream & soyatoo whipped cream, beer
